Fandom: (Original/non) It is our world + I made up a small city in Finland, it doesn't have a name (yet). It is city isolated by forest.

Story tells origins of a small group called "Bloody Rainbow" and its first, four members. They bring "justice" to people that escaped normal law (Rapist, pedophiles, scammers etc.), their "justice" mean killing them if they don't go and admit their crimes to police.

[ That sounds interesting. Finland's a nice choice that works well with the additional information you added. ]

Full name: Alex Kyoto Dragon

[ Is there a reason for that middle name? Perhaps it was the city that her parents first met. ]

Nicknames: Mind Master, given by her brother due to being mnemonist. At first, it was irritating for her but after some time she started to use it in games.

[ I like that, it's always nice to see someone opt out of giving their characters these mad fictional abilities and give them something that's actually possible for humans to have, albeit rare, but possible. I bet she's a right pain when it comes to the suitcase game. ]

Appearance: Alex is very pale due to lack of sleep and spending most of the time at home, she has dark circles under eyes. Her one eye is missing, the other one is dark brown, it appears black unless you look closer. She has brown hair in bob haircut with fringe covering band aid placed over empty eye socket. Her body is covered with scars, the biggest one is on her left arm from acid burn. On her back she has a wolf tattoo.

[Off to a good start. Why and when did she get the tattoo? What does it mean to her?]

She is 169 cm tall (around 5'7 ft) and weighs 54 kg (around 119 lbs).

[ She's got a healthy weight for her height, only just though, so maybe you can use that as another reason why her immune system is weakened in addition to her lack of sleep. After all, people who are underweight tend to have weaker immune systems, although Alex isn't underweight, she ain't far off being it so use it to your advantage. ]
