How to date a person with Anxiety with Tony Stark and Peter Quill

Tony: Do not: wait hours to text her back, thus leaves room for her anxiety to kick in and her mind to overthink. Overthinking kills her confidence and jeopardizes your relationship based on what she is thinking Trust me, I speak from experience.

"Babe?" I called. I looked around the lounge.

"Sir, you might want to check your phone." FRIDAY had suggested, sounding unsure of herself. I quickly took it out. Then, I saw it. Oh shit.

How far away are you from home?

Two hours ago. I screwed up bad. I knew about her anxiety. "Where is she?" I asked.

"In the bedroom, curled up against the foot of the bed." I ran to her

"Harper!" I call, finding her right where FRIDAY said. Tears were streaming down her face and she kept scrolling through her phone. Finally, she noticed me.

"You're alive!...Are you cheating on me?" She asked, more tears coming down. I scramble to pick her up and set her on the bed. I sit down next to her and kiss her temple.

"No no no. I love you too much. I would never chest on you. I can assure you of that. Come here." I said, wrapping my arms around her and pulling her to my chest.

Peter: Do not: ever let her think she is unloved. Whether it's a simple goodnight text or a random compliment, these little things put a person with anxiety in a more relaxed state. A friend told me this.

"Sarah has been acting distant and sad lately. I don't know if I should confront her about it or not." I vent out to Gamora, glancing at Sarah on the other end of the room. Gamora glares at me.

"You know she suffers from anxiety. When was the last you showed her a little love? Maybe a hug or a compliment. Something small like that to just show her you haven't lost your feelings for her." Gamora scolds. I nod and walk over to Sarah.

She puts her book down. I take a seat right next to her and pull her in for a hug. I felt her tense muscles relax. She carefully lets her hands rest and hang on my arm. I pecked her temple and leaned close to her ear. "You know I love you, right? I always will." I whisper. She nods under my chin and snuggles into my chest deeper.

Tony: Do not: poke fun at her illness. She understands it sounds crazy but she does have it and she on't do much about it. This is where you need to step up and make sure she knows you are going to be by her side through whatever crazy things she has made up in her head. I also learned this the hard way.

"Tony, please stop." She begged. I didn't hear her voice cracking.

"No. It amazes me at how an adult that has anxiety has more imagination than a kid in a classroom." I say, chuckling at my joke. I turned around to face her. But, instead of Harper being there, there stood an angry Natasha. I gulped.
