Guys' Guide to Periods with Steve Rogers and Peter Parker

1. DO: Bring her a Heating Pad

Steve: Hot bottle, heating pad, a cat. Anything that can produce heat she can lay over her stomach. It's good to just keep her warm in general. The heat relaxes the muscles and increasing blood flow. The sooner she can get it over with, the better. Oh, putting rice in a sock and microwaving it is a great DIY heating pad.

"Babe." I call quietly. She just moans in pain as a response. I walk over to her curled up state. Tears were already streaming down her face. I stuffed the sock in between her legs, over her lower stomach. I take the comforter of our bed and wrap her in it.

2. DO: Give Back Rubs

Peter: It will put her in the most euphoric state. Better than sex. Having some kind of pleasure distract her from the pain, is the best for women. Getting out the knots caused by the tension. Also the pain of hunching over all the time.

Georgia was laying on her stomach with the heating pad underneath. Her face was stuffed into her pillow. I sneakily make my way over to her before putting my hands on her back, applying a bit of pressure. Georgia moans in delight. I chuckle and started massaging her shoulders. I work my way down, moving my thumbs counter clockwise.

Once I got her her lower back, I dragged my middle finger down her spine, making it pop in more places than one. I grimaced.

3. DO NOT: Make her Move

Steve: Moving is one of the hardest things a woman could do during this time. Yes, exercise is good, but it doesn't feel that way in the beginning. All they want to do is be burrito wrapped in a blanket with their favorite TV show on and lots of junk food in her reach. Oh, and also a heating pad and cuddle buddy. So, don't try to talk her into moving, or using physical force to move her. Someone will get hurt.

"Coven come on. You gotta go eat." I urge. I was trying to make her walk to the dinner table. She was not having it.

"No." She stated, muffled by the pillow over her face. I sighed. It's been 10 minutes and she refused to budge. That when I grabbed her ankles. "Don't you fucking dare, Rogers." Coven growled. I ignore it and started pulling her legs to straighten. Coven yelped and clawed at my arm.

She got me.

"Ow!" I exclaim, retracting my hands. Her long nails made it look like a tiger scratched me. "What the hell!?" I yelled. Coven had retreated back to her original position. She whimpered in pain.

"I warned you."

4. DO NOT : Be Scared of the Blood

Peter: Really? Are you a baby? Trust me when I say women work hard to try to keep it out of your way. Wrapping everything up. Taking the trash out. Spraying air freshener. So don't scream when you see drops of blood in the toilet or catch a glimpse of a bloody pad or tampon.

I walked into the bathroom to wash my face, totally oblivious to what time of the month it is. Well, that was until I caught a glimpse of something deep red in the trash can. I took a closer look. I regret it. I bent down to see a bloody pad wrapped up sloppily. I immediately look away, trying not to make myself throw up.

The rest of the day, I couldn't even look at her.

5. DO: Let Her Cry

Steve: You are a monster if you tell a girl not to cry during this hell week. At east give her one day hysterically sob. Sometimes, they just can't hold their tears in. They shouldn't, really. Crying will make girl tired and have to fall asleep, giving you peace and quiet.

Today was the second day. The worst day for Coven. I had heard her whimpers of pain in the hallway, the hitches in her breathing, the moans and groans. I knew only of one thing I could do. I walked into the bedroom and sat right beside her. I pulled her curled up body into my lap as she dug her face into my chest. Making my shirt damp. I carefully wrap my arms around her. Her sobs got a bit louder. "Let it all out. It's okay." I whisper to her.

6. DO: Bananas and Dark Chocolate

Peter: Bananas help with muscle cramps, and the Dark Chocolate helps with brightening her mood. So you won't have to deal with a Grinch who is in pain. Not only will your girl thank you, but also yourself. There are many ways to change nit up every month.

I knew what I had to do. My goal, my mission. I had the right equipment. I had the right training. I was ready. I melted the dark chocolate and cut the bananas up, getting out the Popsicle sticks. I dipped the bananas into the chocolate, then impaled it with a stick. I repeated till I was done.

I tip toed into the room to find Georgia sitting, playing on her phone. I sat down next to her and placed the plate between us. Her face brightened and she hugged me. I returned it. "Thank you!" She said.
