A nigga actually slept like a baby last night! I've been sleeping horribly the last month and a half. It's like I was finally at peace.
I know for a fact this has to do with Raelle being back in my life. Knowing that she is good brings me a since of serenity that I can't explain.
It is currently 8:55 am and I'm still laying in my bed. I really need to get a move on it since I told Raelle I would meet her at her apartment no later than 10. My bed is just so damn comfortable this morning.
After another ten minutes of staring at the ceiling giving myself a pep talk of why I need to get up, I finally push my sheets back and make my way to the shower.
After a long much needed shower to wake my ass up, I quickly wash my face and brush my teeth. I then make my way into my closet to find something to wear.
I settle for a white and dark blue stripped shirt. I pair that with a pair of dark blue jeans and a pink hat. Now a nigga can't go anywhere without some jewelry, so I grab a simple diamond necklace, a couple rings, and one of my favorite watches.
After getting dressed I grab my wallet and phone and make my way downstairs. I text Raelle to let her know I'm on my way. It's only 9:30, so it should be ten by the time I make it there.
As I finally reach the bottom of the stairs I hear the tv blasting loud as hell from the living room. I make my way into the living room to see Daniel laid back on the couch eating leftover pizza.
"Why your ass got this damn tv up so loud?" I ask a scared Daniel.
"I'm so damn tired of you niggas popping up like fucking ninjas while I'm chilling." He says holding his chest.
"That should be a lesson to never let your guard down then." I say while laughing.
"Where yo ass going this early? You never up this early unless you have business to handle." He asks while looking up at me from the couch.
"Why you all in my business like I ain't the adult and you the child nigga." I say while mushing his head.
"Nigga fuck you. You just six years older than me, and I'll be eighteen real soon!" He cheeses.
"Being eighteen don't make you grown if you still living with me and I'm taking care of ya ass." I say making him huff.
