I've been so fucking anxious the entire plane ride here, that I wasn't able to sleep for more than thirty minutes. Dominic tried his best to keep me company, but he fell asleep about an hour into us watching Daredevil on Netflix.
I don't blame him though. I already kept him up pretty late last night. I decided last minute to straighten my hair, and him being the greatest best friend ever kept me company so I wouldn't be tempted to fall asleep.
We finally arrived in Virginia about an hour ago. We are currently still sitting on the plane though waiting for the cars the guys rented to arrive.
I am currently sitting in a chair holding a sleeping Kaz. He has been kind of cranky today. He will only calm down if he is either in my arms or Dreka's. She had to step outside for a minute to take a phone call, so here I am on auntie duty. Which I always love.
"Damn when can we leave this bitch. I'm ready to go eat my mama's cooking." Daniel huffs.
"You excited to see your mom?" I ask while smiling at him. He returns the gesture before answering.
"Hell yeah! Can't wait to see her. The last time we came home was last Christmas. She been out to visit us but it's not the same as coming home." He says. I nod my head in agreement.
I wish I felt comfortable enough to go back to my childhood home, but my parents behavior over the years has made that not an option.
"You ready to tell my mom you my baby mama?" He ask me with all seriousness.
"Daniel don't make me beat your underage ass." I say throwing Kaz's shoe that was on the floor at him.
"I'm just being honest." He shrugs smirking at me.
"You better be lucky your brother is outside because if he heard you right now you would be hanging off the wing of this airplane." I say while laughing.
"He can kiss my ass! All bets are off until he wife you. Until then you single." He says winking at me. This little boy is a whole mess.
"Come on Rae my car is here." Dominic says coming into the plane and grabbing Kaz from my arms. I grab my purse and follow him off the plane.
