Fly Away

12 1 2

I'll fly away, to a place
where you can't find me
Where it's bright
and full of light from the Son

I can't find you,
I wonder, where did you go?
You're somewhere over the rainbow

I,  I,  I , trip over clouds
And cover my ears when my doubts are too loud

Sometimes I find you,
In the middle of the night,
And God I still wonder,
If you're all right?

Waves they crash,
Pounding the sand,
I remember when,
I used to hold your hand
I miss all the times,
That you would smile at me
Wrap your arms around me,
And we would just be.

Sometimes I wonder,
If you remember that night
The day that my world stopped turning,
And day turned to night
Was there ever a time,
that I made you cry?
I didn't mean it!
I swear, if you came back
I would  try.

I wish I could
I wish you could forgive me
Maybe one day you would
But now that you're gone,
I can't ask for that much
No wishing on stars,
Too old for that stuff
But if I knew how,
To turn back time
I'd reverse that whole day,
and spend it with you.
I promise I'd  be kind
I'd hold it forever in my mind

I wonder why echoes,
Seem to bounce off the walls
All the regrets,
They tell me it all.

There's a breeze that slips right through the trees and stills for no one's hand,
A flower that blooms without care,
And it springs  up everywhere.
A river runs clear as glass,
Tripping over itself as it falls.
Brightness that floods every crany
Filling up every space
A song that carries over you
A melody so sweet and light
One's ear can hardly catch.
Time is no more
His race stilled

There is no begining or end
One cannot count the days

A peace that surpasses
understanding
Fills every part of me
Perfect love is palpable and
casts away all fear
Every shadow and dark thing,
has no presence here

All white, pure and radiant is
             everything good contained.
In an endless space of joy,
And peace that will never cease.

Lilt and light is every voice
Raised in one accord
Singing songs of endless praise
To our Lord

I cannot find an end to Him,
   or even fathom His grace;

A love so pure and beautiful
poared out for the human race

No one could ever deserve this love
        Or do anything to earn
A gift of fathomless

 proportions, no one could comprehend.
