"She isn't" I lied, the look on Ryder's face said he knew she was. "Her cars in the drive" he stated. "She went with her mom today" I quickly made up.
But then she spoiled my plans "Avery! Can you make some pancakes?" Andi yelled from her bedroom as I watched Ryder's face fall
"Why won't she talk to me?" He whispered "She said she needed time, Ive given her time but now-" I shook his head and looked to the ground
"She's been skipping class, avoiding my texts, I even saw her talking to Jessika young, like what's up with that?"
Jessika Young is the only girl in our school that Axel and his guys talk to. Sure, they talk to other girls and take them out but Jessika is the only girl that their really themselfs around. She says she 'keeps the boys in line' I know Axel's whole group loves her, aside from Axel of course.
"She's been going through a lot" I tried to reason with him. "I wouldn't know, she keeps pushing me away" he scoffed before tossing the roses down and stomping to his car
"Enzo sent you flowers?" Jaxons voice was a lot louder then I expected. He and Andi had walked down the stairs just as Ryder pulled off.
I thought Andi would be more secretive about having a boy in her room, but her parents weren't home so she didn't seem like she cared.

"No" I said as I grabbed the roses from the porch "ryder sent them to you" I turned to her, watching her bite down on her nails to avoid letting any emotions seep through her facial expressions
