Mya
I literally rolled out of bed because that's how tired I was. I hit the floor, not surprising. I got up and went into the bathroom to do my hygiene thing. After I was done, I threw on some grey sweatpants, a white T-shirt, and my Nike Air Force 1's. I headed down the stairs to see Arianna already sprawled out on the couch.
"Ari, can I borrow your car please?" I smiled with my innocent face. Like that was going to convince her.
"We best friends and all, but I don't trust no one with my baby." She said. I straight faced her.
"I know how to drive. I'm not going to crash it." I said while rolling my eyes. She just shrugged and kept watching the television.
"I'll drive you wherever you need to go." She offered. That wasn't a big deal, but I did want to go by myself. I don't feel like having people around me when I do my business. Just because I don't want the apologies and all that extra crap that comes.
"Nah, it's cool. I'll find another ride." I pulled out my phone and called Ja'Quan. He was the only other person who I thought would let me borrow his car. He finally picked up after the second ring.
"What?" He said dryly. Oh, so he mad, mad.
"That attitude is what." I said with a mug face as if he could see me.
"What do you want Mya?" He asked.
"Well, it don't sound like you in the mood to talk so by-"
"Mya hurry up and ask. If I wasn't in the mood to talk I wouldn't have picked up." He interrupted. I promise to Bob I be doing the most sometimes.
"Okay then. I need to borrow your car." I said. I heard him sigh.
"Why you don't wanna take a Uber, or Lyft?"
"I don't wanna get kidnapped."
"I'll come pick you up and drop you off."
"No! You ain't gotta do all of that." I quickly said.
"Mya you being so difficult right now."
"Please Quan." I was practically begging at this point.
"You need me to pick you up?"
"No, I'll call an Uber."
"You just said you-"
"Just stay on the phone with me." I interrupted.
"You got me doing the most to not be yo boyfriend." I just shrugged even though he couldn't see me.
"I'll call you right back." I said then hung up the phone. I quickly called an Uber and sat on the steps of the house. After about 15 minutes of waiting, the car finally pulled up. I checked the face on my app to make sure I was safe and once I saw it was the right person I hopped on. I plugged my headphones into my phone and then called Quan back.
"What's yo address?" I asked after he picked up.

I stepped out of the Uber and mugged his house real hard. Not because it was ugly or anything. I was just mad because he's living better than I ever have. Not saying I'm ungrateful, cause I'm appreciative of everything my mom did for me. I was just saying, he was really living. He had this whole mansion, which I bet has at least 15 different rooms. I walked up the long pathway and rung the doorbell. I had already started tapping my foot because I was growing impatient. I was just about to ring the bell again until the door flung open.
"What took you so long?" I mugged him. He just rolled his eyes and let me in. Oh, dude is pressed. I stepped inside and wasn't even surprised at his huge living room, kitchen, backyard, everything really.
