Afternoon
We had been riding pleasantly for six hours, having took breaks in between that time and thought that we were home free until we heard angry yells. We looked back to see Kioshi's men. Whether they were men or furies was impossible to tell at this distance. "How were they able to find us?!" I exclaimed. "It doesn't matter how, we have to get you away from here!" Heisuke shouted over the wind. "I'll go ahead and make sure the house we set up is still okay" Sen-chan stated before riding off. "We shall stay and hold them off" Amagiri stated as he looked towards Shiranui. "Fine, but you lot better thank me for this..." Shiranui sighed as he stopped his horse. "Good luck guys!" I stated before the rest of us rode off. After putting some distance between us, Heisuke stopped Jinsoku and told me to get off. "Get her out of here" He directed towards Chikage. "I know how to take care of my own sister" He replied before helping me onto his horse. "Me and Kimigiku will get them to follow us" "Be careful Heisuke" "I always am" He grinned. I smiled back before Chikage rode off like the wind.

We managed to get considerably far away from where we first encountered Kioshi's forces. I hope everyone's okay-Loud gunshots shocked me out of my thoughts. I looked behind us to see that another platoon of Kioshi's men had caught up to us and these ones had guns. A couple of bullets got too close to comfort, which spooked the horse causing it to rise onto its hind legs and neigh loudly. "Whoa!?" Not expecting nor prepared for the horse to do that, I fell from the saddle and onto the ground hard. The horse then dashed off with only Chikage on board. The soldiers quickly surrounded me and held their guns up. "You're coming with us and don't think about doing anything baka or...well I think you get the idea" What should I do!? I can't let them take me back to Kioshi, but they'll gun me down in no seconds flat if I try anything...Just then I saw two familiar figures riding up to us on horseback. They were signalling for me to get down. I swiftly got down onto my hands and knees and covered my head. Just then, I heard gunshots before the men around me began to yell out and fall. I looked up to see Heisuke and Kimigiku-chan had taken out half of the group and with their own guns at that! While they were distracted I crawled away from them and hid myself behind a tree for cover. When the gunfire ceased, I took a peek out and saw the whole group had been taken out. I ran over to Heisuke and Kimigiku-chan to thank them. "No problem, now get on and let's get outta here" I climbed onto Jinsoku once more and we were off.
Evening
Heisuke had told me that our destination was an abandoned town. When I asked him why he told me that everyone felt I would not be ready for the long journey back home and wanted me to rest. As a precaution, they chose an abandoned place because of my fury nature and in case Kioshi came to attack us again. That way no bystanders would be caught in the battle. Everyone is so considerate, even if some of them try to hide it. I giggled to myself. "Hand over the Kazama girl and no one gets hurt!" A voice yelled out from behind us. Kioshi's forces had found us yet again. "I'm getting sick and tired of this..." I sighed angrily. "Kioshi's persistent, I'll give 'im that" Heisuke commented. He then instructed me to go on without them and head towards the town. "I can't just leave you guys again!" "Remember Chiyeko, it is not us Nishikiri is after" Kimigiku-chan stated. "I mean, that's true but-!" "Go Chiyeko. We'll finish up here and be back with ya before ya know it" He showed me that signature grin of his and I couldn't help, but giggle. "Okay, I'm holding you guys to that! You better join me soon!" I then ran in the direction Heisuke told me to. At least I won't get hopelessly lost since all I need to do is run in a straight line until I reach the town. I continued to run as fast as I could.
