Before I know it I'm being brought back on my feet.

"Ace! Cover me!"

"Gotchu." Ace takes out his gun and begins firing shots in the opposite direction we're headed.

"Come on." my good arm is being pulled while my feet are struggling to keep up. He was pulling me towards the building. Once we were inside he pushed me into the elevator and he quickly pressed a button to close the doors. When the doors open we appear on a floor that wasn't that high up from the ground level but up high enough. "Look stay here, i'll be back for you when everything is over. Don't move."

"What about my arm?" I asked. He takes off his shirt revealing the black tank-top he wore underneath. He pulled me close to him and wrapped his shirt around my arm tightly.

"That should hold until I come back. Now remember Don't leave this floor." The elevator opens and he gets inside locking eyes with me until the doors finally close. The floor I was on had no rooms it was an open floor with windows that showed the ground outside. I look around the room noticing crates on top of crates if I didn't know any better I'd say there were weapons in them. The sound of gun shots and yells grow louder and I try my hardest to block them out. Just twenty-five minutes ago I was living a normal life... now look at me.

I was so frustrated I kicked a crate over and it falls with a loud boom. My eyes widen and I slowly back up thinking maybe I just set something off. I continue backing up slowly with me eyes glued to the fallen crate when the sound of shattered glass snaps me off my focus. A bullet  drops where I was previously standing.

I can hear my heart beating through my ears and my breathing becomes shaky. I promise I didn't ask for any of this. Another window shatters and I run to the elevator. "Stay here... don't leave this floor." The words echoed in my ear as I continuously press the button to call the elevator. Just my luck the fucking thing isn't working. I run through the hall, the sounds of gun fire ringing through the air. I notice a door and open it to reveal stairs. As soon as I take my first step I hear foot steps running down them and my heart starts beating faster. I jump back and stand in the corner holding in a deep breath.

The footsteps come closer and I can hear voices. All I see are flashes of orange and for the first time today I was lucky to see so much orange. They all run past me holding rifles, not one noticing me. I release the breath I was holding and head start ascending the stairs. Mid-way up the steps a familiar voice comes from the top. I freeze on the steps and he looks at me. He looks the same as when he left me but this time he returns with Ace and a female.

"Didn't I tell you to stay where you were?"

"Bu-" was all I could say before I was cut off by the girl.

"Jay who the fuck is this? We're in the middle of a shootout and you're bringing back a piece of stray ass?" She looks me up and down and rolls her eyes. Bitch. She was a pretty girl, she has tattos, full lips, a snatched waist and you could tell she always kept her hair and nails done. She wore a pair of black biker shorts and a cropped hoodie that exposed her flat stomach. Across her chest were the letters Y N H in black lettering. Her hair was black and pulled into a loose bun on the top of her head. For a bitch with a nasty attiude she sure was a basic looking one.

"Damn chill out Ze'rea, you know it's not like that." Jay tells her. Wow atleast I know his name. "Look she's my hostage, I need her just until the d-" before Jay could finish another window shatters from being shot out. "Fuck! Ace you cover Ariel." he yells as he opens a crate to retrieve a more powerful gun.
