Hey guys...
I received heartbreaking news yesterday that my high school is shutting down. I went to a Christian private school, and there was only about 100 students that attended it (Calvary). The school basically went bankrupt.
The hardest part is my dad was a teacher there, so now he has no job and we are surviving on only my mom's paychecks. We'll be okay financially, but my dad loved his job so so much and it's heartbreaking to see him this way.
On top of that, I am going into my sophomore year now at a new public school- which is terrifying. I've attended Calvary since I was only 4 years old and my entire life is there. My friends and I have to separate as well because I can't afford the other private school nearby...
To put the change into perspective I AM GOING FROM 100 PEOPLE TO 2,300 PEOPLE
During the next few weeks I'll probably be doing paperwork as well so I won't be updating as much as I had hoped...
For any Christian followers I have, please be praying for my family and friends during this difficult time!
