"You're Spider-man!" I yelled once we were in his bedroom.

"Shhhhhhhhhh," he covered my mouth and glanced towards his door.

"So I'm right," I said, his hand still covering my mouth. I crossed my arms.

"No, yes, maybe," he sighed, "Yes. But no one else knows!"

"Sooo, you're saying I can black-mail you?" I smiled, pulling his hand off of my mouth.

"No! Just, don't tell anyone," he sighed and laid on his bed.

"I won't," I said sitting next to him.

"Really?!-" he said a little too excitedly as he bumped his head on the bunk bed frame. I just nodded.

"On one condition."

"THIS IS AWESOME!" I shouted as Peter swung me building to building. He set me down on a rooftop and I looked to the sky.

"I want to travel," I said randomly. Peter raise an eyebrow.

"And see the stars," I continued, grabbing Peter's hand. He mumbled something under his breath.

"What was that," I said looking at him.

"N-nothing," he said shyly. I squinted my eyes curiously before looking back up at the blank sky.

"Mmhmm. You know, Peter, we've known each other for a while now, I mean, we've lived together for only what, two days? But still, I feel like I've known you forever," I blurted, the blush on my cheeks only growing.

"Yeah, I'd say I feel the same," he chuckled, still looking at the sky. Silence filled the air while I decided on what to talk about.

"We- I-" I couldn't find the right words to say, "Because I am a curious person, what DID you mumble just a few seconds ago."

"Well- I-" now it was his time to stumble on his words, "Being honest?"

"100%," I smiled.

"You're beautiful. Th-That's what I said," he said rubbing the back of his neck.

"Oh," I, the tomato, said. We turned towards each other.

"Well," I said quietly.

"I- uh," Peter whispered before I realized his lips were on mine.

*Extra in case you were wondering what REALLY happened to 'your' family*

"Mr. Stark is coming over, wanna meet him?" Peter asked me as he walked towards the couch.

"Stark? As in.. Iron-Man?" I said remembering the awful night.

*Flashback*

I was about eleven. I had gone shopping with my friend that day.

Flames and smoke rose from the street over.... my apartment. I dropped everything I was holding and sprinted as fast as I could, turning the corner just in time to watch Iron-Man fly out with my neighbor in his arms. He set her down and didn't go back in.

'My parents must already be saved then,' I thought running through the crowds. I got to the front, where all of the injured citizens were. My parents? No where.

"I'm sorry, Miss, but you can't cross this point," a police officer stopped me from crossing the yellow tape.

"But, my family, my family was in there!" I screamed, tears brimming my eyes.

"Listen, Iron-Man's got it," and with that, the cop ignored me. I hopelessly jerked my head around, looking for any familiar faces.

The apartment collapsed, my home gone like that. And my family with it.

"No!" I screamed, falling to the ground, "No, no, no." I clutched my shirt, finding it harder and harder to breathe. I looked back up at the scene as someone brought out a few charred bodies. I could barely recognize them, but I knew who it was.

My family.

*End of flashback*

"He could've saved them. I never wanna see that guy's face again," I snarled after telling Peter what had happened.

"I-I'm sorry," he said softly, "What if Mr. Stark just ran out of time?"

"He didn't. I watched him fly out almost exactly thirty minutes before the building collapsed. He had time." I finished as the doorbell rang. Peter got up to open it.

"Hey, Kid," Tony walked in, "Who's the girl?"

"(Y/n)," Peter mumbled, not wanting to step into the thick tension.

"Oh my gosh, it's Tony Stark!" I  said enthusiastically before dropping my face, "I hate you."

"Well, that's a first."
