OH MY GOSH UGH SO MUCH FOR A GOOD START TO A SCHEDULE! I AM SO SORRY so let me explain myself... don't you just hate it when you think you're free for vacation but then you're not and you get super busy with being a photographer and you have to sort through 300 photos to find the best ones to send to your paying costumer within three hours because that costumer is also your aunt so you have to reaalllyyyy make sure that they're good but like it's a bunch of stress and then you also already promised to make about 24 pinwheel bunches for your mom's students and wrap each one with special ribbon and your up until about 11 at night doing things and then have no time to even go on your computer anymore nor do you want to because you just stared at a screen transferring photos to a USB for about two and a half hours? Ya, me too.
SO, here you go, like two days late, and you'll most likely get another one today, idk.....
And do I really have to mention that this contains spoilers for Infinity War because it's been out for over a month now and if you haven't seen it yet, can you reaallllyyyy call yourself a Peter Parker fan? Jk, do what you want.
BUT THIS DOES CONTAIN SPOILERS SOOOO READ AT YOUR OWN RISK OF PTSD :)
Enjoy the story!

I sat on the bus bench, listening to music through a pair of headphones, my hand holding Peter's. I felt eyes on me and looked up, noticing my boyfriend looking right back.
"What are you looking at?" I laughed a little.
"You're beautiful," Peter said, not necessarily answering my question, but still making me blush. We smiled at each other before Peter looked down at his arm. I followed his eyes down, and immediately regretted it. The hairs were standing straight up.. stupid spidey senses.
(A/N: it was kind of awkward for me to write that considering my username XD okay, back to the story...)
I shook my head and looked out the window, but Peter soon followed. My eyes widened at the site.
"Peter, no," I whispered before he could say anything. I could already feel tears pricking my eyes.
"(Y/n), I have to," I could see the tears in his eyes too, and his voice had cracked mid-sentence. That only made me feel worse about the entire situation.
"No, no you don't. You, me, and Ned can go over to find Aunt May and we'll all stay with her. And..and the Avengers will deal with that. My dad will deal with that. Please, Peter," I pleaded, knowing he had already set his mind on a decision.
"I'm sorry, (Y/n)," he whispered before placing his hands on my cheeks and kissing me passionately. I kissed back, holding his arms, the hope that he would stay slowly flickering away. He pulled away and stared into my eyes, still close to my face, "I love you. I'm sorry."
I just stared back, trying to force back tears. And that's when my stubborn-self came back into reality. I straightened out as Ned made the distraction for Peter, and Pete jumped out of the bus.
"I'm a Stark, Peter. If you're going, so am I." I whispered, even though I knew he couldn't hear me.
.:*:.
"Pepper, where's my dad?" I asked once I got back to my house. She looked at me and I could instantly tell she was crying.
"He's on that.. that thing.." she spoke softly, pointing at the TV. The news was talking about "the ship from space". I sighed.
"Friday," I spoke to the AI, "send me my suit."
"Yes, Ms. Stark."
I could hear metal clinking as it shot around the corner, attaching to the different parts of my body. It was just like my dad's, just a bit smaller. My dad doesn't know I have it, because he doesn't want me to do things like this. But when you have a daughter who loves the sciences, it's kind of impossible to avoid. The suit wrapped up to my neck, fitting kinda like Peter's. The metal was a bit thinner than my dad's, which was a lot easier to move around in.
Once the entire suit was done building itself, I grabbed my mask, that surrounded my eyes. I checked to make sure everything was working on my black and white suit. Once I was finished, which was only a few minutes without all of this explaining in my head, I levitated off of the floor a bit using the magnetic qualities of the suit, before Pepper tried to stop me.
"Your father specifically told me to keep you safe-"
"Sorry, Pepper, I love you and all, but this is the safety of the two most important people in my life. I'm not just gonna sit around and do nothing."
And with that, I flew out of the building.
