Kiss Me, Jungkook:

Choose your Fighter

The night after that whole awkward yet relieving situation, I took my time to take in the most problematic time of my life. I thought about the time we spent together as if we were together.

"I can't believe this." I almost shrieked from the excitement in my body.

I felt like it was the first date I ever had. My fingertips were ticklish and everything I thought about him made me blush. Deep inside my weird mind and body, I didn't want it to end and I wished it would happen again.

Those kinds of feelings didn't stay for too long because I had to meet reality and work in the store. Basically, pies were the reason of my broken dreams. As I contemplated whether to send Jungkook a message or not I removed the heated up pies from the oven and placed it on a box.

"Here you go, thank you." The smiles of the customers whenever they buy a box of pie here made me wonder, what's so great about these pies? And to be completely honest, I never tasted one and so if someone asked me what it tastes like, I'll just say it's delicious even if it's not.

"I need to snap out of it." I said. This was the hundredth time I sighed and I wasn't going anywhere with it.

"Fuck, why is this so hard to do?" I stared at my phone with Jungkook's contact number.

"Uh, excuse me?"

My body shifted straight up when I heard a person's voice in front of me, casually retaining my work etiquette with the hopes that the person didn't hear my cursing.

"How may I help you?" I smiled casually.

It was the guy from the mall with Chaeyoung, he was wearing a black cap and a simple black shirt. He was looking at me as if he was annoyed with my breathing. He shook his head and grabbed his wallet from his pocket.

"I'll have the almond pie to go and one caramel frappe." He said without looking at the menu. I nodded and quickly went back to the kitchen to grab his order.

"Here you go." He gave me his card and waited for the transaction.

"Did you buy the dress?" He suddenly asked.

"What?" He raised his brow at me and slipped his hands inside his pockets like an arrogant person would.

"Oh, the dress, yeah I did. Sorry." I said.

"You don't have to say sorry, you grabbed it first. She was the one supposed to be sorry." He said with his eyebrows meeting each other. He seemed like he didn't like Chaeyoung as much as I did.

"Yeah," I trailed off and handed him his receipt and card.

"What's your name?" My eyes suddenly darted into his cold ones. He looked kinda scary and a little intimidating.

"Sora. You got one too?" He nodded.

"It's JB." He said.

"JB? Is that your real name?" I asked.

"Yeah, it's short for Jaebum." He said. I nodded and pursed my lips, I leaned my body closer to the counter and smiled.

"I'll call you Jaebum then." He chuckled and grabbed the box and drink off the counter.

"See you later, Sora."

...

I woke up with a loud banging on my room door, with a slight jumped from my bed and a groan from my mouth, I lazily stood up and opened the door.
