"It's cold" you pouted as Alex pulled you out of the car.

"Come on it'll be fun" he said laughing and pulling on your hoodie strings. 

"But it's cold baby" you said, cuddling into his arm.

"That's why I brought the blankets" he said and held up the heavy blankets in his hands.

He brought you over to a flat point and laid down on the soft grass. He threw a blanket down per the ground first and another over both of you.

You looked up at the few stars you could see, the lights of the nearby city of London made it almost impossible to see the lights.

"Y/N..." he said shyly.

"Yes, Alex" you said, rubbing his arm.

"I have to tell you the real reason I brought you here tonight" He said quietly, his tone caused you to be confused.

"What" you said moving to brushing a piece of hair off his forehead, he grabbed your hand before you could. He sat up and so did you.

"I... we need to break up" he stuttered and scooted away from you.

" why" tears swelled in your eyes. "Am I not good enough for you?" You asked.

"No, no that's not it... it's just we aren't... I don't feel like a relationship is good for me right now " he stuttered , tears in his blue eyes.

"Do you don't have a reason, you're just gonna break up with me cause you don't 'feel' like it" you said standing up, looked down at the necklace he had given you for your anniversary.

You grabbed the silver, infinity necklace off your neck and tore it off your neck.

"Take your damn necklace back" you threw the broken necklace at him and walked away.

"Y/N, don't be mad I just..." he said chasing after you.

"Don't." You yelled back to him, your flat wasn't far away so you quickly walked.

You finally made it to your flat, you fell to the ground, finally letting your tears fall. 3 years of your life wasted. You looked towards the wall of pictures of you and Alex. You tore down every picture on the wall, you wanted to tear the actual photos up but you couldn't bring yourself to do it.

You wanted to hold him, and slap him at the same time. You already missed his warm arms. The worst part was you didn't even know why. You loved Alex more then anything, you would do anything for him. You thought he felt the same. But apparently not.

He stopped, and called a ride back to his place. He assumed you'd soon understand and give him a call. He really didn't want to be in a relationship, but you were still his best friend.

"George, I made a mistake" he said as he walked into his flat.

"What do you mean?" George asked poking his head out of his room.

"I broke up with her" Alex said, running a hand through his dyed hair.

"Why the fuck would you do that" George said annoyed.

"I don't know, I have just been thinking about it a lot and I just..." Alex began.

"You're an idiot Alex" he said loudly.

"I don't know what to do" Alex cried, "I'm an idiot"

"Yeah you're a fucking dumb ass"
