Chat Noir jumped rooftop to rooftop, extending his baton to balance himself.
The city of lights was on its glory at night time, it was a sight to see and enjoy.
It was peculiar that he had missed this city his whole. he was born here in the city of love, but never got a chance to see this beautiful city until his mother decided to come back.
His parents shifted England when he was merely a year old.
when he grew up a little more, he always saw his parents fighting over something.
He didn't know what it was.
he missed his previous home and friends and he missed his father the most.
he wondered if anyone had visited him or not.
one day his parents again fought.
in anger, dad left the house, and mom shouted, "I hope You never come back!"
and that happened, he never came back alive. only the news came, he died in a car crash.
that was the most difficult year for his family, including his mother and himself.
he remembered his mother cries in silent night, when he cried to sleep every other night.
It seemed that there was no future for them.
then he took the biggest step of his life, he agreed to make a carrier as a model.
It was his mother's dream so, he pretended and still is pretending. because he dont want his family to be broken apart.
he wanted his mother to smile again even it cost forgetting who he was or what he wanted to be.
And Agreste's were dark history of his family.
THEY caused his parents to leave their home country, at least that's what his mother told him.
but what Adrian Agreste gave a chance to do a debut in France.
he was not sure anymore what to think anymore.
every time he saw Agreste Jr, he did not know how to fight these strange feelings in his chest. he wanted to hate her, but he could not.
honestly, he was scared of these feelings. And secretly he liked them to, but he was not going to admit them he was sure of it.
"I have to stop doing this," He said to himself and ran a hand through his brown locks.
He was not sure what he had gotten himself into.
"Tikki, can I ask you something?"
"of course, Emma." the red Kwami answered nibbling at cookie.
"is it necessary to keep our identities secret, even from your partner?" the Kwami looked at her wielder.
"I think so, Emma."Emma fell silent for a moment, "you're not going to ask why are you?"
"I think, I understand." Emma trailed off.
"I am going to take some fresh air," Emma opened the door which lead to her balcony.
"Okay, Emma."
she stepped outside and closed the door behind her.
she gazed at the beautiful starry night sky.
Agreste Manor was still what she remembered from childhood.
it still had a vast garden in front of it, in which there were many species of plants and flowers grown. on the other side of the garden were various types of swings and slides on that she used to play with Hugo when they were young.
they had a great childhood here in their home with her parents and grandparents Gabriel and Natalie Agreste (A/N: hehe I ship them) until they decided to move to America with their son Jonas Agreste who was four or three years older than Emma.
she missed him, he was always so nice to her and Hugo.
He always treated her like his own sister and she never felt alone when her parents were out on shows or tours.
four years ago, when she was ten he left for America for studies and after a year her grandparents moved to America to join their son.
they visit Paris only on holidays.
