chapter # 5 The Directer

It's been an immeasurable week since he joined the school, except for few times almost fight with Agreste Jr.

she was something, not in a good way though.

today was another day at the school, but what makes it special for Emma was that her friend Jaden is directing a movie! for a contest of course.

she did not know the cast but had gotten a peek of the script. it was a romantic, tragic love story. she was sure that it will win the heart of the judges.

"so, we have a male lead." Jaden scratched his head.

"But what about female lead?" Sofia a pinkish haired girl asked.

"hmm...I dont know?"

"come on, Jaden. We already have our female lead." Jaden looked confused.

"Emma, who else?" at the mention of her name Emma jumped from her seat.

"Me!?" she held her hands up, "no way I am not acting."

"come on, Emma. we are sure you have some Agreste acting genes in you." Jaden encouraged.

"but my father is an actor, not me."

"Please..." Jaden sang like a baby.

"all right, I will do it." she sighed in defeat, "but who is male lead?"

"I think that would be me."

'oh crap why him?' Emma thought and turned to face an irritating Flint.

"why he is here?"

"I think I told you Agreste Jr."

"I dont remember asking you anything." she snapped and glared at her best friends.

"I--ah--sorry?" Jaden looked down in shame.

"thank you very much for your offer Jaden, but I can't do this" Emma stormed out in fury.

"so, what now?" Sara asked her brother.

"I don't know."

"I will go talk to her, I am sure she will come back." Sara followed her best friend footsteps.

"I am such an idiot," Jaden said to himself "I should have told her first."

"Dont think like that." Sara who was sitting next to him said.

"She is not coming back is she?"

"No-- I mean of course she will."

"That's not what she stated and don't deny it, I heard that all she did not care about me."

Sarah just looked at her twin and hoped Emma will be back.

"Tikki! I seriously have no idea what to do now?"

"You should've not said that Emma" the red Kwami answered.

"I know, it just slipped I feel bad now." she set on a bench.

"Then go and apologize to Jaden." the Kwami crossed her tiny little arms.

"Ok, I will do it," she asserted sitting up.

She was halfway to the class when she heard the screams.

She saw Carolina rushing breathlessly out of class.

"What happened?"

"Its Jaden," she said between heavy breaths.

she heard a maniac laughter from inside.
