Emma was lying flat on her back.

This was the most boring day of the summer break, everything was just so dull and hot outside.

she was wondering, what happened to all the people getting Akumatized? there was no single victim. it's not like she wanted mass destruction or whatsoever, but it was still better than having nothing to do.

"Ahh! Tikki, what do I do?!"

"I don't know, Emma."

"I must do something or I am going to die of boredom," she said sitting up.
"Emma!" she heard her grandma calling, "Yes, Grandma!" she peeked through the door.

"your friends are here."

"My Friends? My FRIENDS!" she ran downstairs stumbling, but she made it down in one piece.

"Emma, right here." the twins were sitting on the couch of her grandparents stuffing their mouth with sweets.

"Oh, my God!" she shrieked that was very unusual for her.

"I can't believe you guys are here!" she jumped at the poor twins holding them in the bone-crushing hug.

"Emma---can't breathe---" said a very blue looking Jaden.

"Sorry," she pulled away.

"Emma, we got good news for you!" Sara exclaimed.

"What is it.?"

"you are coming with us!"

"to where exactly?" she looked confused.

"it's really hot, so, we thought that the only way to have fun is going to the pool," Jaden explained.

"of course, I will go with you! just let me grab my swimsuit." she ran upstairs emerging after a moment, a bag was hanging over her shoulder.

"let's go,"

"Just a moment," Sara pulled out her phone dialing someone's number.

"What are doing---" Sara placed a finger on her lips instantly silencing Emma.

"Hello, Flint it's Sara," she held the phone in her hand and turned on the speakers for some reason. Emma couldn't comprehend what she was doing or she didn't want to.

"What do you want?" he answered, quite rudely.

"No need to get annoyed, Flint, I was just thinking I, including some of our friends, are going to the pool,"

"So?"

"You can come if you want," Jaden made a face and received a glare from his sister.

"Just hold on a second."

(On the Other Side)

"Plagg, shh, Plagg!" he had a placed hand on the microphone to avoid being heard and called his sleeping Kwami.

"What is it, kid?" the Kwami drawled.

"you know the one of Agreste Jr. friend's is asking me to come to the pool." Flint looked worried.

"so, what kid?"

"I can't swim..."

"Okay---You WHAT!" the Kwami said in a very high pitched voice.

"shh, don't shout, and didn't you heard the first time."

"I heard all clear, but why can't you swim?"

"Do I have to tell you?"

"No, not really, but what are going to tell her?"

"That's what I am asking you to tell me..."

"I don't know you know that but Kwamis don't Swim or we get sick," he stated as matter of fact.

"Alright, that's sad, what about my problem?"

"Just say, No,"

"I can't,"

"Why?" The Kwami just wanted to take a nap.

"Because you know Why"

"Please enlighten me why?"

"Because, Agreste---"

"so it's about your incompetent crush on Agreste girl," Flint fell silent.

"you know what, I am going..." he said with determination.

"am I hearing you right?" Kwami looked surprised.

"Before you say something I want it to be clear that I am only going because I can't keep fearing something so harmless as water and what happened with that Akuma yesterday. I am not sure, I would have been alive if it wasn't  for ladybug."

"You know what you are right, but remember sometimes harmless water can destroy more than you can imagine."

"I will remember that."

(With Emma)

"What do you think he is doing?" Emma asked when she heard another shuffling sound from the other side.

"I don't know"

"Maybe he got hit by an asteroid or something and he is dead."

"JADEN!" Emma and Sara scolded him.

"What can I say? you can't blame my imagination, he hasn't answered in the last fifteen minutes," he said innocently.

"Hey, are you still are there?"

"yes, we are Flint."

"Alright, I am coming just tell me where you are?"

"We are at Emma's grandparents Bakery." and the call ended there.

"So, now, let's wait." Jaden made himself comfortable on the couch.

"Hey, Emma, can you bring me more cookies?" Jaden asked after five minutes of stuffing his mouth.

"Sure." she walked down to the bakery.

"Hey, Grandma, can I get more---" her mouth fell open at the sight before her.

Flint Joseph was standing next to her Grandparents smiling like he had known them forever.

"Well, that was fast," she commented loudly than she intended.

"Oh hello, Emma," she was greeted quite sweetly.

"What you've been eating, Flint? I hope not many sweets." her lip quirked upward.

"I didn't know you cared." he smiled back.

"Emma, no need to specify him for having sweet tooth."

"he has been our regular customer since last year."

"What? really!" Emma was surprised.

"Yes Of course who in their right mind can resist such amazing treats."

"Emma, where are my cookies?"

"Shut up, Jaden." Jaden came downstairs followed by his twin.

"You are already here we can leave now," Sara exclaimed with joy.

"Whatever," Jaden grumbled it was not the hidden fact that he didn't like the teen model.

with that, the four teens left the bakery.
