"I can't believe it, first he goes befriending that Agreste's daughter and now he wants to date that good for nothing twat's daughter," Lila Rose was ranting about her son's absurd choices.

"Be more specific with your definition of twat," Kagami Tsurugi poured herself a third cup of herbal tea.

"That Chloe Bourgeois nee Kurzberg," Lila slams her cup on the coffee table with such force that Kagami was surprised that the glass table didn't break down.

"Calm down, Lila, fretting over this is not going to solve the problem itself,"

"I just want the best for him, why can't he understand that," Lila rubbed her temples.

"I know, Lila." she silently sips her tea.

"But why can't he just listen to me, he just has to be so bloody stubborn,"

"You know, Lila, he just reminds me of certain someone who happened to be his father,"

"Why do you think that?" for the first time Kagami saw her little confused.

"You don't remember? he wanted to marry you spite all his family and friends turned against him," A dark expression rested on Lila's face.

"I remember it very well,"

"just permit him, Lila, don't give a cause to rebel."

"Are you sane right now? Chloe was Queen bee,"

"So, Why does it matter if she was?" Kagami raises her voice a little.

"If she gets a little air of what we are planning, she is going to cry over to Adrian."

"She is not going to know anything, and besides it's her daughter you should worry about not Chloe herself and for your son, Just set some ground rules." Kagami left Lila alone with her thoughts.

At last Dear mother has permitted him to pursue a relationship with the redhead. he also considered that it wasn't just because of his acting skills and some of the credit also goes to Carolina Kurztberg being the daughter of an influential figure, Two Influential figures he corrected himself.

at some point he thought his mother was going over the top on the matter of his fake girlfriend, like he can't bring her over to his house, he honestly never would do that.

On the other hand, he was sure that Carolina's little devious scheme was working as Jaden was throwing more venomous glares his way whenever they hangout, which was often.

he also tried to talk to Emma about how she felt about his relationship with Carol, she said she was happy for her friends and that stung a little, just a little because his pride refused to acknowledge the fact that it stung more than little.

On the bright side like Plagg quoted, "at least you have a girlfriend." Like he needed one in the first place.

He wanted to say something offending about his stinky 'girlfriend' Plagg's word, not his 'Camembert the cheese' but he thought better of it.
