"When's the next island?" Sky asked, a blank look on her face as she stared out at the miles and miles of ocean.
"Yeah, it's so boring and I'm hungry." Emmy whined. "How should I know? All I have is a map, it doesn't exactly tell me how far away we are from Trovita Island." Zia stated, waving the map around to emphasize.
KC had to duck before he got hit with it at some point. "Calm down, I think we're all a little tense right now." He soothed. "Well, there's an island up ahead. We could relax there for a bit." Kirlia suggested, pointing out towards the land mass in front of them. "That's perfect, and I can start training Kaida now!" Zia exclaimed happily.
Once at the island, the whole group jumped off of the Gyarados, landing on the sandy beach. "This island looks vacant." KC stated as he glanced around. "Great, more room for us then. Tania, Kai, you can go have a swim with Ziton." Zia said as she sent out her Blastoise and Milotic, who joined the Gyarados in the water.
"In that case, go join them Dewgong." KC said as he released his water/ice-type. Suddenly, something fell from the sky, hitting the young girl on the head. "Ouch, what was that?" She asked, rubbing her head as her boyfriend picked it up. "Looks like a fruit of some sort." He stated.
Looking up to see where it came from, a whole flock of bird Pokemon carrying a leek in their feet flew overhead.
Farfetch'd: The Wild Duck Pokemon
Lives where reedy plants grow. They are rarely seen, so it's thought their numbers are decreasing.
"If they're so rare, we must be lucky to see so many of them." Sky said as they watched them fly away. "Look what I found!" Emmy shouted as she came running out of the tree line, carrying a bunch of fruits in her vines.
"Where'd you get those?" Zia asked her. "From over there." The Serperior answered as she led them over. There were trees everywhere, with fruit a plenty. "Wow, these taste great." KC exclaimed as he started to eat one.
Zia chuckled as she thought of a great idea. "Since no one else seems to be here, why don't we spend the day and give all of ourselves a little vacation?" Zia asked. "Yeah." The rest agreed.
"Come on out guys!" Zia and KC said together as they released their Pokemon. Out came the girl's Pidgeot, Ninetales, Clefable, Venusaur, Charizard, Gengar, Electabuzz, Rapidash, Arcanine, and the boy's Pikachu, Sandslash, and Pinsir.
Zia suddenly gasped, seeing Ciana. "Ah! I almost forgot. Ciana, come here." The girl said, obviously excited. The Electabuzz, having no clue why her trainer was jumping up and down in joy, walked over. "What?" The electric-type asked, tilting her head to the side.
The white haired girl dug around in her bag for a moment before producing the electirizer. "Is that what I think it is?" Ciana questioned, sparks of electricity coming off of her in excitement. Zia nodded her head as she handed it over.
"We can't do much with it right now until we get to a Pokemon center, where they have a trading machine. But for now you can hold onto it." Zia told the other with a smile, happy her Pokemon was happy. "Thank you!" Ciana told her. "Well, actually, it was KC who got it." She corrected.
Ciana nodded as she walked over to the male, who had been talking to Kirlia. "Ele, Electabuzz. Buzz!" She said to him, showing the electirizer. "Oh, that? You're welcome. I knew how much it was bothering you and Zia since they aren't found here in Kanto so I decided to look around a bit and happened to find a guy from Sinnoh to bring it here." KC explained to her, acting as though it wasn't a big deal. However, to the electric-type, it was.
