Aaliyah tried her best to act normal around Jameel, but he was practically living at their house. He was there every day. She also didn't know how much longer she could hide her pregnancy. She was having quite bad morning sickness. She knew it would be only a matter of time, before someone suspected. Plus, every time she saw Jameel, her memories of that night came rushing back.
Aaliyah went to work and tried to focus. Nothing helped and her sickness was quite severe. She knew it was only a matter of time if this kept up. Aaliyah's friend took her home.
"Spill"
"What?"
"You think I haven't noticed you constantly being sick every five minutes, and not being able to keep anything down. So, how far along are you?"
"Not long."
"Who's the dad?"
"My sisters fiancé."
"What? Aaliyah how could you?"
"What do you mean?"
"I met him at the club we went to and we ended up having sex. It's only now I know who he is."
"What you going to do?"
"I'm keeping him or her. This is my baby."
"Are you going to tell him?"
"I don't know. It'll tear my family apart."
"One way or another, the truth will come out. Your family will never be the same again."
