If last year you told me that the following year would have some major twists and turns that would make me re-evaluate my life, I wouldn't take you seriously. If you told me that I'd fall in love at the sight of a woman from across a bar and have the chance to have a quickie with her in the bathroom, I'd say that it'd be a dream but I doubt it.
But if you told me that a beautiful Mexican woman, 5 feet tall and 125 pounds with the prettiest smile and most beautiful brown eyes would come into my life and completely rearrange it AND I'd fall hard for her, I would not believe it for a second.
Well that's what happened this year for me. I saw a woman across the room at a bar one night and I fell in love. Then I found out her best friend was the woman I thought I'd eventually make my girlfriend. From there, my life has been a roller coaster.
But it's the best rollercoaster I've ever been on because I was on it with an angel.
Speaking of angels, we were doing just fine. It had been a few days. Ally was eager to talk to Normani and Dinah. Dinah wasn't in town because she was home celebrating her brothers birthday. She wouldn't be back for the next few days. Then she would have to leave again for Christmas.
Normani wasn't in town as well. She had interviews and then she was visiting Houston so she could tell her family about her pregnancy.
So that left me and Ally here in L.A. for the next few days. Christmas is in two weeks and I must say, my Christmas present arrived early and as I walk into the kitchen of my penthouse apartment, she was standing there rolling cookie dough in her hand and sitting it on a pan with an oversized Christmas t-shirt on and an apron.
"Well hello Mrs. Clause." I greeted seductively while sitting a few shopping bags on the counter. I walked over and kissed her cheek.
"Hi sweetness," she dragged while blushing. She turned to quickly peck my lips.
"What kind of cookies are you baking?" I asked. She was obsessed with baking.
"Chocolate chip!" She said excitedly. "Now that I've finally found my Christmas spirit, I can bake and put some desserts around here and what's better than cookies? Ive never baked for you before. I can't wait for you to taste them!"
I stood behind her and slid my hands down her arms. "Oh I've tasted your cookies before."
She frowned as she sat the ball of dough on the pan. "No you haven't." She was catching on so I placed my hands on her hips and pulled her body up against mine. "I don't believe I've ever baked for you be-oh."
"Yeah." I mumbled. She giggled shyly. "My COOKIES cookies."
"Yes," I nodded. "Your COOKIES cookies."
She smiled hard and playfully pushed me away. "You're so nasty oh my gosh."
"You like me when I'm nasty." I winked at her as I grabbed the bags.
"I meaaaan I never said that." She shrugged before giggling.
"Well I WAS gonna give you an early birthday present but since you wanna be that way, it can wait." I tell her as she sits the pan of cookies in the oven and turns the knobs. She quickly looks at me.
"You got me an early gift?" She asked with wide eyes. I smiled and walked away towards the bedroom. Of course she followed me.
"I sure did but you won't get it." I teased while entering the bedroom and sitting them on the bed.
