(A few days have gone by since Deckard kidnapped Elise)

Third pov

Elise felt her strength return slowly. She guessed that the food and water wasn't drugged anymore. She tried to come up with who this guy was.

He didn't look like any guy Han had described, not even that Owen guy when he'd lost Giselle. A sibling maybe?

It's the only thing she can come up with that would make sense and the next time the man shows up she asks him.

"You doing this because they messed with a sibling of yours?" She watched as his back stiffened. "'Cause I think Owen Shaw has a brother. And I think that brother wants revenge."

He didn't say anything. He never did, but she could here him talking to someone outside the door.

Elise made her mind up. She has to get out of there.

With Sean

Sean was not happy about not being able to come with them as they looked for Elise but he was satisfied that Han would at least go with them. It was something at least and Elise would need someone she trusted. He just hoped she was okay.

In the meantime they'd hold the fort.

With Elise

When the man had been gone for a few hours she decided to make her move and began looking through the room.

The window was bordered up and she had to use every bit of strength she could to get it open again. Her arm hurt like hell and she suspected this would case more damage to it, but she needed to get out.

She looked out of the window to see how far it was to the ground. To her surprise it wasn't that far, she could take it with relative ease.

Just as she was about to jump the door opened as the man entered again, Elise didn't wait to see his reaction and jumped.

Her feet hit the pavement and she broke into a sprint. She heard him curse and jump after her.

She ran through the empty streets until she reached a more populated area. She could still hear him behind her.

He was fast.

She was faster.

Having been a fast runer had served her well before and it helped her now. People moved out of the way as the two came barreling through the streets.
One car was what it took for her to gain a bigger distance and soon, miraculously she had lost him in the crowd.

She continued running until the found an even more populated area where she was sure he wouldn't have an easy time finding her.
