Elise pov

The party turned out to be interesting, to say at least. The whole place is filled to the brim with models.

Twinkie took my hand, leading me to a room at the back. While the place is filled wit models, I can also see Tosh, Earl and Reiko. Reiko and I have a few classes together, so she introduced me to Earl and we got along.

I walked over to Reiko and tapped her on the shoulder. She turned around squealing happily as she saw me.
"Elise!"

I smiled returning the hug she gave me. "Hi Reiko."

Taking my hand she lead me to a quieter place. "I heard from Twinkie that you were going to come." She smiled sitting down on a couch.

"Yeah. Sean's out with the dumbass that lent him his car so I didn't have anything to do." Reiko giggled while looking at something behind me.

"They're behind me aren't they?" I ask already knowing the answer.

"Sure are sunshine." Han whispered in my ear. I shrieked and jump to the side. "Don't do that!"

Sean chuckles at my reaction. Han has two models on his arms and they move with him as he watches Sean look at the cars. "The red Evo is yours."

Sean looks confused. "What do you mean?"

Han smirks. "You represent me now," the models kiss his cheeks before walking away. "Did you think I was going to let you roll in a hundai?"

I frown. Is this idiot really going to give Sean ANOTHER car. Han smirked and leaned in so he could whisper in my ear. "Smile sunshine." An angry blush spread across my cheeks. Sean had to visibly hold his laughter, gulping when I threw an evil eye at him knowing full well I'll get him back.

Next day

Twinkie took me to a place where Sean apparently was supposed to learn drifting. He chuckled. "You look like you still want to rip Han's head off."

I glare at him. "I do. First he gives him a car to wreck and now he has another one!"

We arrived at the place and got out of the car just as Sean managed to crash into a bunch of tires. I groan. "This is going to take time."

We went over to where the others sat. Earl threw his hands up in frustration. "My mother, she's blind in one eye and she can drift better than that!"

I giggled quietly as I sat down on the couch missing the look Han threw at me. "Han where did you find this guy?! Can someone teach him to drift!" I frowned slightly, I knew Sean sucked at drifting but come on! It's his second time trying.

We spent a few hours there before us school kids had to go back. Sean drove me home.

I watch him quietly. "We're still best friends right?" He looked up with a surprised look. "Of course we are. Why wouldn't we be?" I smiled softly. "I'm just being paranoid that you'll forget me."

He parked outside my apartment and pulled me into a hug. "I'm never gonna forget you E. You've been my best friend since we were ten."

I smile at his words. "I'm never gonna forget you either. I'll see you tomorrow."

/Next day/

I woke up to my alarm blaring. Glaring at my phone I quickly shut it off. I get up and dress in the way to short school uniform before making my way to the train.

The more time I spend on the crowded subways the more I miss LA. It was one of the many places I lived in as my parents moved around, being stationed almost everywhere it felt like a relief the brief time I had spent there.

I snap out of my memories as my stop comes. Reiko greets me at the school gate and we make our way to the first class.

After a few classes I finally find Sean just before lunch. "Hey Sean."

He smiles at me. "Hi E. How's classes goin'?" I hoist my bag up on my shoulder. "It's going goo-"

Reiko's voice interrupts me. "Sean! Elise!" She and Earl leads us up on the roof. I gasp as I see Morimoto beating Twinkie.

Sean quickly moves between them and I go to help Twinkie up. He shrugs me off and stand on his own.

I frown. Why do guys have to be so hard headed?

"Ey look man, I don't do refunds."

Morimoto looks pissed. He goes to try and punch Twinkie but Sean stopped him. He reaches into his pocket and pulls an iPod out. "Here, try not to break this one." Morimoto takes it and people start walking away.

Twinkie pushes past me. "The hell is wrong with you man?! Now everyone's going to want refunds!" He stomps away angrily leaving me and Sean.

"Well isn't that a nice way to say thanks." I mutter. I see Sean looking at Neela and nudges him. "I have to go back to class." He nods and I leave them to talk.
