Be still
And calm you day
Find a quiet corner
Where
You rest and close your eyes
And let your thoughts unjumble
Let tension say good-bye
Concepts begin to amble
Thoughts come
And then they go
Send out a simple question
Ideas begin to flow
Within you are the answers
Reach in and hear our voice
We show you different pathways
And help you make your choice
