What is behind a word
That makes it cut and sting
Or fills our heart with joy
Or starts ideas to ping
How one defines a word
Can lead to confusion
When different words are used
May reach resolution
Words are simply labels
That help us to convey
Ideas and emotions
To navigate our day
But words are not alone
Our eyes and bodies talk
Actions sometimes louder
When our minds and tongues balk
Words selected with care
Let our intent stand bare
Backed up by body's talk
Defines the path we walk
