Chapter 15: Home

Blake POV

"MAMA!" (y/n) cried, "Shhhh it's alright, it's alright Mama's here." I said as I picked him up, "S...cary." He cried, "I know honey I know." I said as I kissed the top of his head, "We're almost home, we're almost home." I said. It's been several weeks since the Fall of Beacon, (y/n) has been having terrible night terrors, and anytime anyone mentions a grimm he gets terrified. It was especially bad when Sun and I fought a dragon grimm, we had to search the entire ship and eventually found him hiding in the corner of the closet in our room crying. Blair met up with us about a week after everything happened. She told me about what happened to (y/n). About the Beowolf, how Adam saved him, how she quit the White Fang, and about what happened to Blaze. Unfortunately she left us a few days later, she didn't say goodbye or tell us where she was going. "How about we go see Sun. Would you like that sweetie?" I asked, he nodded.

"Hey there kiddo!" Sun said, "Did he?" He asked, "Yeah, they're not getting better, and seeing that you know what the other day didn't help either." I said, "Do you think he'll get better?" He asked, "I hope so. I hope that by taking him back home to Menagerie and surrounding him with people who love and want to keep him safe that he'll start to get better." I said, "What about your team? Don't they love him?" He asked, "They do, almost as much as I do, but with all that happened I think it would be best for (y/n) to get away." I said, "Makes sense." He said.

"Sweetie please don't run off!" I said as Sun grabbed him and picked him up, "Gama house!" (y/n) said happily, "I know you're excited to see Grandma and Grandpa again, but if you run off you could get lost and then you wont get to see Grandma and Grandpa." I said.

"Can you hold him for a sec?" I asked as I handed (y/n) to Sun, I grabbed the knocker and hit the door once, "Ok if we're being honest that's kinda intimidating." Sun said, a few seconds later one of the doors opened, "Blake?" Mom said, "Hi Mom." I said nervously as she walked over to me and hugged me , "Oh my baby girl." She said as I hugged her back, "Kali who is it?!" Dad yelled from inside as he walked towards the door, "Gama! Gampa!" (y/n) said happily as he jumped out of Sun's arms and ran over to us and joined the hug.

(y/n) POV

"Gama play!" I said, "I'd love to darling, but I'm talking with Mama at the moment. Why don't you go play with your toys. I'll play with you later." Gama said as she kissed my cheek, "Ok." I said before I ran off.

I ran upstairs to my playroom, and when I walked into the once fun filled room I was met by various grimm plushies.

Kali POV

"I'm sorry sweetie, I didn't think that talking with Sun and Blake would...take so long." I said as I walked into the playroom and saw all the grimm plushies in the corner facing the wall, "Sweetie what's the matter?" I asked as I walked over to (y/n) who was hiding in the playhouse, "Scary." He said as he hugged me, "(y/n) sweetheart do you think you'll be ok if I tell Grandma what happened?" Blake asked as she knelt down next to me, "Yeah." (y/n) said as he went over to Blake and sat in her lap facing her, "Mom um when Beacon fell, um (y/n)...(y/n) either ran away or got caught in the crowd, but um he...he hid in an alleyway in the corner, and he was attacked and almost killed by a beowolf. Thankfully Adam saved him, but the entire experience traumatized him." Blake said, "Oh sweetheart, I'm so so sorry that happened to you." I said as I hugged them both.
