Chapter 26: Atlas down

Blake POV

"Big." (y/n) said as he stared at Weiss' family home in awe, "(y/n) sweetie I need you to stay with me and your mom tonight, ok?" Yang said, "Otay!" (y/n) said cheerfully, "Miss Belladonna why did you bring a child with you?" Ironwood asked, "Well to put it simply I couldn't find him a babysitter." I said.

"Ok you guys enjoy yourselves, just don't break anything, don't snoop around, don't get into any trouble, and be ready to go on a call." Harriet said before leaving, "Or we could break everything, snoop around, potentially get into some trouble and then do all that other stuff." Yang said as she picked up (y/n), "I'm going to investigate." Weiss said as she walked towards the staircase, however, she was stopped by her brother, "She's gonna need some help." Ruby said, "Guys I've got a plan!" Jaune said before he and his team ran off. "That's funny I had a plan too." I said as Blair and I exchanged looks before we all looked at (y/n), "Ya know it would be a real shame if he were to somehow get out of his leash." Yang said as she unbuckled the child leash I had put on (y/n). "Alright bud I have a special mission for you, do you think you could do it for auntie Blair?" Blair asked causing (y/n) to get a serious look on his face and salute, "Good boy now see those stairs I need you to find a way up there, but you can't let anyone see you." She said (y/n) nodded and Yang put him down allowing him to run off. "We just released a four-year-old into a room full of very fragile and expensive stuff." Yang said, "It'll be fine...probably." I said.

Adam POV

Lilly and I went to Atlas in order to sell a few things, "Adam?" Lilly said, "Sorry I thought I saw something." I said as we continued walking, I walked closer next to Lilly after that just in case.

(y/n) POV

"Lost." I said, "A...Are you lost, little boy?" A woman asked, "Yeah." I said, "My name is Willow, what's your name?" She asked, "(y/n)!" Weiss said from behind Willow, "What are you doing up here sweetie?! Your mother has to be worried sick about you!" She said as she walked over to me and picked me up, "Weiss do you know this child?" Willow asked, "Yes, he's one of my teammate's son. I've known him ever since we formed our teams." Weiss said, "We're family at this point. I'm his aunt Weiss and he's my darling nephew." She said, "I...I see." Willow said.

"(y/n) sweetie, I need you to go find Jaune and stay with him. I'll tell your mom where you are. She needs a little break." Weiss said I nodded as she sat me down and I ran off.

"Hey, there (y/n) are you lost again? Don't worry I'll help you!" Jaune said I shook my head, "Mama break." I said, "Oh I get it, your mom needs some time off to relax and not have to worry about being a parent." He said I nodded, "Well I'd be more than happy to watch you for her!" He said "YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME! I'LL GET YOU FOR THIS JAMES!" A very angry old guy yelled as he was taken away by the police. Willow was standing at the door with a smile on her face, "Jaune we have to head down to Mantle. Grimm are coming and we have to help all those people!" Nora said.

"(y/n) just stay behind us alright!" Nora said, "(Y/N)!" Auntie Blair shouted as she sprinted over to us killing grimm after grimm as she ran, "Oh sweetheart!" She said as she scooped me up, "You're coming with me! Ironwood wants me to go up to Atlas." She said, "Mama?" I said, "I tried to get her to come with me, but she wouldn't leave. She just asked me to make sure you were safe." She said as she carried me to a nearby manta, "Now I want you to go to aunt Weiss' house alright, I already talked with Weiss' mom and she agreed to look after you." She said, "You be on your best behavior alright." She said, "Come with?" I asked, "No honey, auntie has a lot of work left to do. I love you so much and I will make sure Blake gets to you safe and sound honey." She said as she kissed my cheek.
