Lake Quinisgamond

Today I decided to go to the Kiva for 11:00 and just sit in on the peers of color support group for a little while. Some of the people from Kiva went to the beach at Lake Quinisgamond for the beach. Ann gave me and Jenny a ride over there. 

Lake Quinsigamond is a body of water situated between the city of Worcester and the town of Shrewbury in Worcester Country, Massachusetts. We got there and I talked to some people including Andy and a couple of women. They had sandwiches and chips so I just had a coupleof bags of chips and ate my orange I brought with me. Then I went over to a bench and did a video and relax looking at the lake. I walked around to where the beach area is. The guy that does the meditation at the Kiva asked if anyone was interested in doing some meditation on the beach. Of course I was and it felt peaceful and relaxing. Of course I was nervous because there was a bee chasing after me but I didn't get sting and I was able to meditate. Then I had Andy to drive me back to the Kiva. Jenny went in that car with me too. Andy drove us back to the Kiva and I walked back to the hub so I can go home. It was a good day and I was glad that we left before it rain. 

I hope I get to bring Josh to that beach someday. I know he would love it because we could fish and he is into fishing plus there are also Kayaks so we could also take one out and go riding too. I hope that the last time he was out here isn't the last time and I hope when we went to that beach won't be the last time we would go to the beach. I miss him so much and I want to be with him.
