Leicester drive in

Tonight we went to this drive in since it is now open and it's closer to us. Ghostbusters was playing so I wanted to see it. I never seen the original. Only the remake so I been wanting to see it. On the way there I read one of my library books. We also bought some snacks. When we got there and we found a place to park in front of the screen and waited for the movie to start. In the mean time I work on my knitting. I am trying to knit a scarf. I haven't knitted since high school and the last time I knitted I was trying to knit a headband but that turn out to be a disaster. Making a scarf is a bigger project so I hope I do a good job with that and make less mistakes. I really want to make it for Jeff. He is the guitar teacher at Kiva and I would normally go to guitar 101 and he would help me with my guitar and we would talk. Recently because Kiva is now close due to the virus I been spending a lot of time with Virginia and Jeff. We have gotten closer and I feel comfortable talking about anything to them. Of course it's easier to talk to Jeff because Virginia makes it hard for me to talk because she is always talking. I started to think of Jeff as my second dad. We have form a father-daughter like relationship similar to the relationship I have with my actual dad. I love Jeff. Hopefully the scarf comes out good. Then because it was starting to get dark out I put it away. The movie started but our radio in the car wasn't working so we left. That was disappointing. When we got home my mom looked for the movie on Vudu and we watched it on there. I continued my knitting. I also texted Arturo if he would like to go to the drive in sometime when there is something good that is playing and I can treat because I am planning on going to the bank Monday. I had gotten a check from QCC for $270. I plan on putting that into the bank. Moving $70 onto my debit card so I'll use my debit card to buy the ticket and take out a hundred dollars so I can on Tuesday buy something for my mom for her birthday that is on Wednesday. With the money I just gotten I'll have $770 and after I am done moving everything and taking what I need from there I'll have $600. I think that's really good and hopefully I'll get a job soon to make more money. Anyways Arturo loved the idea of me treating him to the drive in for the first drive in date ever. I can't wait because I'm going to feel like I am in the 1950's. Actually the first drive in started in the 1930's.
