Yes I actually went there. I have heard Great Brook Valley isn't a good neighborhood to be in. There's a lot of crime. I have never been there before so I was excited when we decided to take bus 26 there on our random bus adventure. I don't want to judge a neighborhood based on what I heard about it. When we got there we walked around. I noticed there was a library so Jeff and I walked over there. I love libraries and I would love to go inside it. We walked around the neighborhood. The houses are a bit of a fixer upper but I am sure that the people who lives there still loves it. It is there home. We walked and found their school so we walked around there. There was an apple tree with green apples which got me excited. I love green apples. I ate one on the spot. Jeff did too and we found a couple of good ones for me to take home. I have cinnamon so I could have an apple with cinnamon later. While we were walking we found trails so we went on another hike. We walked back to the bus stop and went on the bus. We stopped at Salisbury Street and walked around the Worcester Art Museum. Unfortunately because of the virus the museum is still closed. Some museums have open during phase 3 but there are still some that choose not to open until this is over. We also went to the Salisbury Mansion and walked around there. I love history and this is part of the Blackstone Canal. The Blackstone Canal is right through Worcester to Providence Rhode Island. At 3:00 we walked back to the hub. On the way we went to the DCU center and I showed Jeff the Black Lives Matter mural.I wish they didn't paint it on the street and do it on the wall instead. I had saw it a few weeks ago with Ginny and took pictures of it but it was difficult since it is on the street. Still exciting though. Then we got to the hub and went on our respective buses. I can't wait for another bus adventure next week. I hope that after August 31, the buses will still be free for a little while longer. I really enjoy going on the buses for free.
