(A/n a mother and his two sons 🥺🤧)

Sweat was currently dripping down my face as the music finally comes to an end. We had played six rounds of that dance game, me versus Jisung. I had to admit, he was an incredible dancer. He was doing all of the choreography, but with his own added touch.

"Again! I want to add one more defeat to your list."

I groan, "Seriously? My legs are going to rip themselves off of me. Have Chenle join in. I'm out."

"Boo, you whore."

I glance at the younger with a confused face. "The fuck?"

"You ever hear of the movie, Mean Girls?"

————

"Wait, you guys we should actually wear pink on Wednesday's. Can we please?" Chenle was laughing his head off at Jisung's pouty face.

We had just finished watching the movie he suggested, in their own personal movie theater. I was astonished, but then I saw the recliners they had, that had speakers built into the chairs! There was also a snack bar at the back. This room was incredible! I will definitely be returning here.

"I think we should. It would be fun to confuse everyone." I nod in response, going along with their plan.

"So, this Wednesday, which is tomorrow, we wear pink."

We simultaneously agree.

I was back in my room, finally alone. It felt weird since this house had people around every corner. I was trying to find a pink shirt in my new closet that I was provided. Taeyong asked Johnny to go buy me some new clothes since I only had the ones I was wearing when I arrived.

Thankfully, Johnny was into colors because I was able to find one pink shirt. It was a basic t-shirt, but it'll work.

I sigh, today had been a long day and was very mentally draining. So much socializing that I wasn't used to.

Plopping myself on my bed, I decide to turn the tv on and watching a show before having to go to sleep. Nothing was keeping my interest so I chose the first show that popped up.

My attention was strayed to my thoughts, thinking about everything that happened since I came here.

I couldn't help, but think about the lab and everyone there. They were definitely out looking for me, but would they be able to find me? They were some of the world's most intellectual people. If they could find a way to give powers to a kid, they would most likely be able to find said kid after running away.

The sounds of an audience laughing and cheap jokes from the main characters, played from the screen. The light from the tv was the only thing keeping the room lit up. The rest of the house stayed silent.

They were a gang. This family of unrelated people were a group of specialized gunmen. I should feel safe here. They won't find me. If this house is a gang, obviously they made their house difficult to access since they wouldn't want enemy gangs finding them.

Except, I couldn't stop the tiny thoughts from poking their heads up from the floor boards of my mind, sending me thoughts of doubts and questioning my safety.

Maybe I could talk to Taeyong about this. I have to confide in him. Tell him everything. If I want his help, he has to be able to trust me.

I soon feel my eyelids become heavy and I drift into dreamland. Not before hearing a soft creaking from my door.
