13th League: Confused
They all decided and agreed to send Iris home, thinking that she was not feeling well.
She didn't mean to hurt him. She just wanted to help.
Earlier that morning, he went to the Registrar's Office and asked about Travis. She was relieved to know that he didn't drop out. Well, yet.
She picked that place because that was the first place she pictured herself helping.
She was also thinking of talking to Travis. She felt the need to apologize to him.
"Are you sure you want to go there alone?" Ryland asked her. Nasa Rosalie's cafeteria sila at kumakain.
"Yes, hindi ko naman first time pumunta roon. I've been there quite a few times already to visit a friend," she answered.
"A friend? Last time I checked, you don't make friends with commoners. That kind of made me sad actually but that's you. I'm actually glad to know you have a friend there," Ryland said.
"Well, I figured I was being so generically judgemental. I realized that not all of them are that bad," she stated, picturing Travis in her mind.
"That's nice to know. Helping people is one of the most satisfying things to do. It's really nice to see people smiling and being appreciative and grateful for what you've done for them," wika ng binata.
She was curious to know how come she had realized it late when she had Ryland and Elerie by her side for a long time already. Maybe because she had to see it with her own eyes first.
AFTER HER classes, she didn't waste any time. She drove her way to San Miguel. She was able to convince all students from her department to participate.
Iris wondered if Trixie told her brother that she'd be here. Nonetheless, seeing Travis wasn't really her purpose of being there.
"Hi, Ms. Iris!" masiglang bati ni Trixie.
"Hello, Trixie. How are you?" nakangiti namang bati rin ni Iris.
"Goodness gracious! Don't ever do that again! Do you wanna kill me?!" galit na tanong ni Iris dahil sa pagkagulat.
Some teenagers recognized Iris but Travis was able to shoo them away.
Doon kami titira sa bahay n'yo at palalayasin namin kayo," Trixie told her nosy neighbors.
