58th League: A chance to change

THE WIND was cold as it brushed Travis and Iris's skin. After the painful conversation Iris had with her brother, she immediately went back to Travis.

She was so devastated.

"Travis, are you mad at Kuya?" Iris asked. Travis looked at her and wiped her tears away.

The bad thing was he protected you in an awful way," Travis answered.

"I still feel bad about what happened between us. Seven years are way too long.

"Yeah. You said your brother was the reason why I was invited to London. I think he's got me investigated. Nalaman niyang may kapatid ako. Maybe he saw you in Trixie. Hindi naman talaga masama ang kuya mo. Nagkamali lang siya," anang binata.

"Do you forgive him?" Iris asked.

"It's hard to tell as of now but he's your family.

Iris couldn't believe Travis just said that. She realized Travis always thought he didn't deserve her but it was actually Iris who didn't deserve his kindness all this time.

"I was thinking... I guess I need to quit the band.

"No, don't say that. It was true that Kuya sent you to London so we'd be apart from each other but your fans, they love you. No, don't think that way, Travis," tugon ni Iris.

"Iris, do you hate your brother because of what he's done?" Travis asked.

"No, I don't hate him. I love him. Kuya ko siya. I'm just mad about his decisions but I will never hate him.

Iris realized what he said was true. All this time, Carlisle thought that Travis did her wrong. It was just all misunderstanding.
