The light. It seems to grow larger and brighter by the minute, leading me on to a dream, or a apartment building.
I run, the others following my trail as I follow the light. Then I stop. I am here. towering above me is an apparent building with the numbers 108 hanging on the door. Who lives here? Could she be one of my kind? Is she special? Is she different? Does she mean something to me. Millions of questions run through my head as a knock on the door waiting to find what lies in front of me. What answer the door is not a monster, or magical being, it's a girl with long flowing red hair and beautiful crystal blue eyes. Her skin is as radiant as I don't even know I can't find a word for her smile is like her ice during the day if she knows why I'm here. Great, I hope she can tell me why I'm here.
"Hello," the girl says, extending a open hand for a handshake. "My name is Scarlett Bereu, it's nice to meet you, your highness."
I don't answer her back, questions are still running through my mind. Who is she? How does she know my name? why did she call me 'your highness'?
Wait you call me your highness because I'm princess, anyway that's not the point. How does she know who am? Wait, maybe her memories were returned when I remembered mine so that's how she knows who I am, that's a possibility. I take her eyes and her hair and the room behind her and the light and my mind is racing and I can't think and questions keep going through my head. My head is cloudy and my vision becomes blurry. Before I know it the ground has fallen out from underneath me. Grey skies ate replaced with blue cloudy skies and the cement underneath my feet is replaced with lush green grass and flowerbeds surrounding the fields around me. I know this place, I must be remembering something, something from my past that must be significant to whatever this moment in time means.
I see the girl, Scarlet, she stands ,in front of me holding a tray of scones and grapes, a servant, she must be. But that can't be right, if I am remembering something about her she must mean something more to me.
"The servants asked me to bring you this tray on my way to see you m'lady" she speaks, softly and slowly, her words littered with grace.
"Thankyou Scarlence, I am filled with joy that you have done this for me."
She places the tray on the blanket that I am sitting on and takes a seat next to me.
"Your welcome, now we must speak of politics, your father needs to know where you stand in all of this."
Sighing, I ignore her. The scenery and the overall day is to beautiful to think about politics.
The day and my past thoughts vanish as I am snapped back to reality.
Scarlet is looking at me with a questioning face.
"Oh, sorry, Thank you, you can call me Natalie."
"Well Natalie, please do come in."Hey guys, sorry i haven't updated in so long, I blame stress 100%.
