Perrie's POV:
Today I was having everyone come over for a little party before the baby comes. It's not really a party but, i've invited all the girls and their families to hang out for the day and then the girls do a big sleepover. The baby is due in a few weeks, so I wanted to have a little bit of fun before being up every night at 2AM.
I quickly picked up the house before everyone came over. The girls have seen my messy house but something about the house being spotless just felt nice. "Woah, woah. Sit down, i'll clean up," Alex said before grabbing my hand and leading me back to the couch. "Okay, fine," I laugh. Alex has been at that over protective stage the last month. I haven't even been able to walk upstairs by myself, it's really sweet though that he cares that much. "Relax," he said, giving me a kiss and then starting to vacuum. There was a soft knock on the door. "I got it!" I shouted before he could argue.
I open the door see Jesy, Chris, Sophie at the door. "Hey guy!" I said, giving each of them a hug before inviting them in. They follow me over to the couch and we all sit down. "Hey Chris, I think Alex is in the kitchen," I said. "Okay thanks, see you babe," he said, giving Jesy a kiss and tickling Sophie. Suddenly there were small footsteps down the hall. "Sophie!" Izzy said excitedly when she came into the room. Sophie hopped off the couch and ran with Izzy into her room. Jesy and I laughed at them before chatting.
"How are you feeling?" she asked sincerely. "Overall, I feel really good. Alex won't let me do anything though, so I feel a little useless," I said truthfully. "Babe, you're not useless, you're amazing," she said. "Thanks," I beamed.
Leigh knocked at the door after a few minutes. Jacob and Rhea went down the hall to Izzy's room and Andre went into the kitchen. "So Chamberlain, how are you feeling to have a newborn again?" she asked, sitting down on the couch. "Not gonna lie, I'm terrified, but in a good way," I said. "What does that even mean?" Jesy laughed. "I mean, I think I'm a normal amount nervous but I'm more excited," I said. "Okay," Leigh said pretending to understand to which I rolled my eyes playfully at her.
There was a final knock at the door. When I opened the door, Jade was standing there with a crying Kaiden in her arms. I let them in, and the twins run off toward Izzy's room. "I can't wait," I joke, motioning to the crying Kaiden. Jade laughed and Kaiden started to settle. "Jed, the guys are outside," I said. "Thanks," he nodded, gave Jade a kiss on the cheek and headed out back. "So," Leigh started, moving her eyebrows up and down. "No," Jade said before she could continue. Leigh held up her arms in surrender making us laugh. I saw Jade looking out the window at the guys. Watching for Jed to go and join them. It's the first time they've hung out since he left. I saw Jade relax a little once the guys shook Jed's hand and pulled him into a quick hug.
"Are you girls excited for the Asian leg of the tour?" I asked. "I can't wait!" Leigh said. "I wish it was a little bit longer, we're only there a month," Jesy said. "Where are we going again?" Jade asked. "Tokyo, Singapore, Dubai, and Hong Kong," Jesy said. "This is going to be so fun!" Leigh said. "Do you girls want to go up into the nursery and help me think of names?" I ask. "Omg yes!" Leigh said excitedly.
We headed over to the stairs. On the way, we made an effort to stop by Izzy's underwater themed room to watch the kids play a little, bringing a smile to all of our faces. Once we reached the nursery, I plopped down on the rocking chair near the crib. The other three girls sat on the carpeted floor. "So, what names do you have already?" Jade asked. "I've decided his middle name, Alexander after Alex, but we don't have a first name. "That's so cute," Jesy smiled. "Thanks," I said placing my hand on my stomach. "I have an idea. What about we each find five of our favorite names and write them down?" Leigh suggested. "That's a great idea!" I said.
We each thought of five names. Once we finished, we read them aloud to each other, crossing some off the list and adding the others to our final list. "Okay, i've got Liam, Noah, James, Lucas, and Oliver," Jesy read. "I really like Liam and Lucas," I say, writing them down. "I've got Mason, Michael, Daniel, Jackson, and Wyatt," Leigh read. "Hmm, Jackson and Mason sound cute," I said. Jade and I read our lists and eventually we had a final list. "Okay, we've narrowed it down to Liam, Lucas, Jackson, Mason, Levi, and Caleb," I read. "Those are all so adorable!" Jade said. "I'll talk it over with Alex and see what he likes," I said."Thank you girls for today. I don't know how I would of been able to do all of this without you," I say. All of them run over to me for a hug. "I love you all so much!" I hear Jesy say with her voice cracking a little.
