Chapter 15 - Christmas

You ran to the great hall with three gifts. Fred, George and Draco all stayed at Hogwarts for Christmas and you each got them something special for them. Once in, you saw them sitting at the only table and sat by Draco and across from the twins.

"Merry Christmas you guys" You said and placed their gift in front of you. They smiled and you were handed three gifts as well. You smiled and took them.

"Thank guys. Open your first OK." You said. They smiled and Fred and George ripped the gifts open and saw two books.

"I know its muggle based, but I thought maybe it could give you ideas on magical ones. I got you both volumes." You said as they took out the books. They smiled.

"This is perfect! Thank you!" They said together and started to read the books. You looked at Draco, who was holding the book you got him.

"I know its muggle related but it's really cool. It how the muggles see mythical creatures. Do you like it?" You asked Draco. You were scared that he wouldn't like it, but then Draco smiled.

"This is awesome. Thanks (y/n)." Draco said. You smiled, blushing a bit and the twins looked at each other.

"Draco, we thought you hated muggles and muggle things." George said. Draco smiled at them.

"Well, maybe I was proven wrong. Oh, here." He hands the twins and you a gift. Draco had gotten them both a very nice set of new quills and ink. They smiled.

"Thanks Draco." "How did you know we were low?" George asked, then Fred. Draco smiled.

"I saw you asking McGonagall if you could borrow some quills and ink." Draco said and looked at you as you opened your gift and gasped.

Inside was a beautiful silver and (main house color) bracelet. You let out a small gasp.

"D-Draco." You said. He smiled and took it, placing it on your wrist.

"I saw it and had to get it for you." Draco said. You looked at him, blushing as you smiled.

"I love it. Thank you, Draco." You said and hugged him. He hugged you back. The twins looked at each other but didn't say anything.

After Christmas, the twins and you were using the map to sneak around the school. Once, you waited till Filtch was out of him office and you all snuck in and removed all his confiscated items. You all had a good laugh for about a week for that.

One day, a week before you were going home for summer, the twins were running from him after getting caught. You laughed knowing they would get away, but Draco walked up next to you.

"Hey, (y/n)?" Draco asked. you looked at him.

"Hey Draco, what's up?" You asked. He looked a bit nervous.

"I'm good, but I have a question for you." He said. You turned and faced him. You both had gotten your results back from potions and you both passed with flying colors but you both did miss one thing. Snape still gave you both a passing grade. Was it because of that? Was he mad at you for miss stirring the potion?

"Sure." You said nervously. He looked at you before leaning in and kissing your cheek. You blushed as he pulled away.

"Will you go out with me?" Draco asked. Your mouth dropped a bit.

"R-Really?" You asked. Draco gave a small nod. You smiled and hugged him.

"Yes, I would love to be your girlfriend." You said. Draco smiled and hugged you back. The twins then ran up to you both as you let Draco go.

"We lost him." George said. You smiled, still blushing a bit. They looked at you.

"What's with the blush?" They asked. You smiled.

"I asked her out and she said yes." Draco said. The twins gave a frown before smiling a bit.

"That's..." "...Great." Fred said, then George. You looked at them.

"Are you guys OK?" You asked. They gave a nod.

"Yeah, just..." "Draco, what about your father?" George asked, then Fred. Draco shrugged.

"If he doesn't except her, then he will have to deal with it." Draco said. The twins gave a small nod but you could tell something was on their mind.

On the train, you when and sat with the twins.

"Fred, George, what's wrong?" You asked them. They looked at you.

"We are worried about you with Draco (y/n)." Fred said. George gave a small nod.

"Yeah, his father hates muggles and muggleborns and Draco is the same way." George said. You gave a sigh.

"Guys, if what your saying is true, wouldn't that mean that Draco can't change?" You asked. They both were silent.

"How about this, I'm going to meet his father when we get off the train. Come with us. You will see with your own eyes and if Draco's father is rude, I will tell Draco it's over and we will just be friends." You said. The twins gave a small nod but then smiled.

"Hey (y/n)? Can we ask you something?" They asked. You smiled and gave a nod.

"Do you want to come with us to diagon ally in a few months to get our stuff?" You gave a laugh.

"Like i would say no." You said as the train slowed and stopped. You all got up and saw Draco waiting for you. You took his hand and walked with him, the twins behind you. You then saw a man and woman talking with your parents.

"Hi mom, dad." You said. They smiled and waved. The man and woman turned and looked at you.

"Hi Mother, Father." Draco said. You suddenly got nervous.

"Hello Draco." His mother said.

"Draco, this must be (y/n). I was just having a lovely chat with her parents." Draco's father said before holding out his hand. You took it and gave it a small shake.

"Lucius. This if my wife Narcissa." Lucius said and let you go. You have a nod and smile.

"Yes father, this is (y/n), my girlfriend." Draco said. Lucius looked at you again.

"Girlfriend?" Lucius asked. Draco gave a nod and took your left hand in yours. Lucius looked at your linked hands and gave a nod.

"I understand. Come, you can talk over the summer, but we must be going. We have a train to catch." Lucius said. Draco h=gave a nod, let your hand go but kissed your cheek.

"See you later." He said and left. You looked at the twins who smiled.

"OK, OK, we were wrong." They said and you laughed.
