Chapter Thirty Three

Scorpio

Patuloy at paulit-ulit na naririnig ang pagkaskas ng kitchen knife ni Phoenix at katana ni Scorpio! Their movements are so fast na halos mahihirapan na itong makita!

Even though it's just a knife, Phoenix never fails to deflect Scorpio's attacks! Halos paatras-atras sila everytime they attack each other! Nagkaroon pa nang mahabang pagkaskas sa pagitan ng kanilang mga armas tuwing nagtatama, until Phoenix stopped it and immediately pushed Scorpio's katana! Dahilan upang mapaatras din ang dalaga!

Lubos naman ang mga ngiti ni Phoenix at muling pinosisyon ang sarili sa pag-atake! Scorpio did the same thing and immediately ran towards him!

'Heh, I guess this is my win-- eh?'

Naudlot ang pag-iisip ni Phoenix nang isang pikit lang ay nasa harapan na niya mismo si Scorpio and she was about to cut his neck, luckily for him, he immediately countered it with his knife! Isang malakas na kaskas ng mga armas nila ang namayagpag sa paligid! Scorpio's sword ended it by strongly pushing him away!

She didn't stop there and immediately got close to him again! Phoenix immediately prepared his knife. He thought her sword was going to attack, but the next thing he knew, he was kicked in the chin!

'Don't let the enemy predict your next move.'

He was pushed again with incredible force, but immediately regained his balance in mid-air. He looks like he's floating in the air until he lands on the ground with a look of frustration. "F*ck, you got me there," seryoso niya pang sabi at saka hinaplos ang kaniyang leeg. But his eyes widened in surprise when Scorpio didn't waste any time and immediately attacked him! He countered it once again with his knife, and lots of counterattacks between them continued!

Until Scorpio made a new move by lowering her body in speed that made Phoenix shocked. She was about to slice his abdomen so he immediately jumped away! In the end, Scorpio just sliced the air. She immediately ran towards him. As he landed on the ground, he immediately took something behind him and threw a lot of knives at Scorpio at incredible speed! Scorpio jumped forward and rolled her body in the middle of the air, dodging each knife that passed her way.

'W-what a great flexibility...'

It seems like everything is in slow motion, as Scopio landed with her hand first, supporting her body in the air, doing a side flip as she whisper these words.

Scorpio enchantment...

From the moment she finally landed perfectly, she immediately faced phoenix and slashed through the air!

He got alerted and was about to attack when suddenly, the wind slashed him repeatedly, getting his clothes ripped and getting deep scratches! "Ack! ARGH!"

Thousand slices.

"Tch!" But Phoenix was able to stop it by twirling his body with lots of knives came out of him, dealing with the sharp-like winds! After that, he threw several knives to Scorpio once again! Same thing, Scorpio dodged it all with her sword and body movements.

Phoenix ran towards her with such speed! His knife and her sword immediately interacted and made an awful sound! Ilang beses nagtama ang kanilang mga armas, Phoenix quickly made a new move by going under Scorpio and he's about to stab her in the neck! Agad naman pinaikot ng dalaga ang kaniyang katana sa palad dahilan para mapaatras agad ng kaunti si Phoenix at matamaan ng katana ang kaniyang armas! Agad itong nabato palayo. But instead, Phoenix just smiled at malakas na pinalakpak nang isang beses ang kaniyang mga kamay. Scorpio noticed it, but it was too late when suddenly lots of knives attacked her in the blink of an eye!

Her eyes widened in surprise, and the pain immediately showed up on her face as several knives had impaled her whole body! "Ick!" It stabbed her too deep!

"AHA! You fell for-- ack!" His eyes widened, and his mouth opened as something sharp just stabbed him from behind.

He tried to look behind him to see Scorpio, looking at him fiercely. She stabbed him with her katana close to his heart while strongly grabbing its grip and pushing the pommel of the sword. Mas diniin niya pa ang pagkakasaksak nito.

"Wrong, it's you who fell for it."

He was too shocked and unable to move. It seems like the sword is locking his movements, which he immediately felt and noticed. Nang mapatingin siya sa kaniyang harapan, wala na talaga ro'n si Scorpio, and his knives are all scattered on the ground.

"B-bu... You.. you..."

"I told you, killing is not my playtime." Pinaikot pa ni Scorpio ang kaniyang katana na lalong nagpakirot kay Phoenix. The pain can be seen all over him and he's spitting blood.

"Should I move my sword to cut your heart in half?"

"Hah.. haha.. I...I like...you."

Even though he's struggling, he still dares to smirk.

"Oi! Don't run, fish!" The girl in a loli purple dress and white hat said while she kept shooting in every tree using her unusual shotgun. She's getting frustrated while shooting over and over. But Ces keeps on swimming in the air and hiding herself in every tree.

"Umiikot ka nalang, isda! Hindi ka pa napapagod!?" The girl shouted in frustration while continuing to shoot, while Ces continued to swim and hide.

"What the heck is her problem!? Ba't ba siya umiikot lang? Tch! Parang iniikutan niya lang ako ah?"

Kita sa mukha ng babae ang kaniyang realization, napatitig siya sa huling puno na pinagtaguan ni Ces at agad siyang napangisi. She immediately ran as fast as she could patungo sa likod ng puno na 'yon. Agad niyang tinutok ang kaniyang shotgun nang makarating siya ro'n but Ces is not there anymore.

"Tch! Talagang sinusubukan mo ako--" from the moment she turned around, isang malakas na hampas ang sumalubong sa kaniyang mukha! It was so strong and hard na halos hinagis siya nito palayo! It was Ces' mermaid tail!

Halos tumilapon ang babae at gumulong sa lupa. But she balanced herself quick and stood up! She immediately pointed her gun to Ces, who's looking at her like she's a trash.

"Dinumihan mo ako, dinumihan mo damit ni Lilia!" She immediately starts to shoot again endlessly as Ces immediately dodged it by hiding behind the trees. She even deflected one of the girl's bullet with her tail.

"Lilia? Ang isip batang si Lilia."
