"well, then. Thanks for talking to me, guys. I really loved it."
I said to my four new friends.
"of course, we're friends now."
Caleb said softly."I hope we see each other when you come back to the U.S, I really want to see you in real life."
Finn spoke, and I smiled.
"Of course."We hung up, and I turned to Rajwan, who was still texting mum.
I peered over his shoulder to read the texts.
I don't get you mum. Why? You know my sisters don't like him OR his wife.
Sent 04:20 pm.I never liked him either, Rajwan. So please, try to cooperate with me.
Received 04:20 pm.
I was so mad at mum that I thought I might explode. So here's the thing.
Dear Uncle Ahmed here tried to take everything from my mum after our dad died. The stupid shop. And our dear aunts made it worse by making people whom we just met hate us.
No big deal, right ?I hated him with all my heart, and I hated my aunts with all my heart.
Weird family.I was snapped out of my thoughts when I heard Fiona coming.
"Hey, Miss, and Mr. I got what you both wanted."
I smirked at the pack of pretzels.Yes, I'm a pretzel lover.
Rajwan is, too.Later that day :
We went back home.
I headed towards the front door, and stopped when I heard loud talking.
But there wasn't any laughing or sense of humor. Not that my old dad's family had any.I wasn't ready to see Ahmed, and I definitely didn't want to meet his wife or his son and daughter.
Rajwan stopped by the door, right next to me.
"Are you okay ?"
I shook my head."No. I don't want to see them."
He gently clutched my shoulder.
"just..give them a chance, maybe they've changed."
I looked into his lovely green eyes, trying my best not to appear sad."I don't want to go through this. Dad's leaving soon, we're leaving soon. I heck don't want to ruin my last days here before I leave for the U.S."
He hugged me, and I sunken my head into his shoulder.I love having Rajwan here. But don't get me wrong, I love both of siblings. Rajwan just gets me faster than Allison does.
Where was Allison anyway ?I unlocked the door.
I wanted so bad to sneak from the back door, so they won't see me. It'd be like I never heard them in the house, and I'll just sneak into my room and close the door till they leave. But no.
I have to say hi to them.I went in the front door, and as Rajwan entered, closing the door behind him, they all stood up, faking a smile towards me.
I faked one, too.To Be Continued..
