Chapter 48

Third Person P.O.V :

Rajwan stared up at Barron in confusion.
"What do you mean, Barron ?"
He asked.
"well, if one of the accounts is Judy, I'd assume the other one is Saeed, right ?"

Rajwan shook his head slightly.
"I wouldn't think so. I mean, I thought the same thing, but then Allison told me that Saeed is too stupid to know so much about hacking or stalking."

Barron sighed in disappointment.
"so you don't think so ?"
"maybe..I don't know. Maybe we're underestimating Saeed, but Allison's right. Saeed might be too idiotic to do such thing."

Rajwan shrugged.
"it'll get all cleared up by time. Don't worry."
Barron gave him a side smile.
"yeah, I know."

Later :
Adelle's P.O.V :

I was sitting next to Pamela, discussing what to do next.
"You know what just hit me ?"
I looked up to her with a questioning look.
"we didn't get to finish the auditions for Ravenna."

I groaned.
She's right.
We didn't think of finishing all of the auditions because of Judy and Saeed. But my mind was all set on one person to take the role.
Sadie, of course.

"but why ? We already picked one."
I asked, slightly annoyed.
"well, yeah. But so we can be fair, you know. So no one can say that we picked the famous one."
I nodded, knowing that she's right.

We don't need another rumor spreading about us.

We started the auditions later that day.
But I was bored.

15 Minutes Later :

"Are we done yet, Hayden ?"
I asked, groaning in boredom.
"aw, don't be like that. Only 15 minutes had passed."

I rolled my eyes.
"who's next, anyway ? Can we just get this over with ?"
Johnny said, groaning as well.
"next, Hanin Amir."

Pamela spoke, trying to stay cheerful.
I looked at her in surprise, anger rising inside me.
"Excuse me, what did you just say ?"

Pamela looked taken aback by my statement.
"D..Did I say something wrong ?"
I grabbed the paper that had the name list on it, and started to read the names.

In the middle of the paper, the name Hanin Amir was written, and I felt more angry.
The next thing I knew, a dark-skinned girl (not too dark though), with long black hair that reached her waist entered. And stood there, waiting to be asked.

She acted shocked when she saw me.
"Oh. Adelle ? What are you doing here ?"
You can actually tell she was trying to be cute, but obviously failing.
Hayden stared at her in shock and disgust.

"Ugh, you again."
"hi, guys ! I'm here to audition for the role of Ravenna."

I glared angrily at her, then muttered.
"In your dreams, that is."
"sorry ?"

I blurted out.
"the role is actually taken."
"by who ?"
Hanin asked, surprised.
"Sadie Sink."

Her expression turned angry, and she scowled.
"You're giving the role to some random girl and not me, your best friend ?"

"Yup."
I replied, rather cheerfully, popping the 'p'.
"You would be stupid if you actually thought I would give you the role. After that meeting at Notre Dame, you shouldn't even call me your best friend. So stop acting like a stuck-up and leave."

I said defensively, and to my surprise, Hayden and Johnny agreed.

"whatever. I knew you were ungrateful, Adelle. But seriously, you will regret it."

She threatened, and started to walk away.
