I sat in front of the mirror, my makeup artist doing my makeup.
She didn't put much, and she only did natural makeup.
I tried not to think about what could go wrong, but my conversation with mum yesterday made me think about it.

I had to get over with this interview so I can go to Notre Dame and get over with this whole visit, but the idea of the interview made me more nervous.

No, It's not the first time I've been interviewed, but this one, Sheikh El-hará, made me nervous.
I'll tell you why.

Badma Wahba, the presenter of the show, is well-known in Egypt, and the show is famous. But only one problem.
Every guest on the show has to be uncomfortable at some point of the interview.
A special unknown person that we call Sheikh El-hara, that was named after the show, says that he knows everything, and tries to prove it.

I was scared that they might know something that I didn't want to talk about. Like Pitbull, or Mars.

Just then, my phone started peeping.
I pressed on the power button, and saw the following.

5 new messages from Rajwan.
3 new messages from Hayden.
5 new messages from Barron.

I wondered what could be so important at this moment that they all wanted to text me, but I didn't even have time to check the new messages because Basma called out to me.

"listen, Adelle. The whole point of the interview is that people can see a new, truthful side of you. So all I need you to do is to answer the questions truthfully."

I nodded.
I don't know why, but the way she said it scared me a little.

30 Minutes Later :

It was time for Sheikh El-hará's little interview part, and I just couldn't wait for it to be over.

Halfway through the interview of the unknown Sheikh El-hara, he asked me a question that made me frustrated.

"like, there's a person who you sent to death but you're just too scared to admit it..?"
He said mysteriously, and Basma's jaw dropped, but immediately tried to hide it.
I was beyond angry.

"what's he talking about ?"
Basma asked.
"Basma, we didn't agree on this."
I said calmly, a huge sign that I was mad.
"I don't control what he says."
She said nonchalantly.

"Don't you dare think I'm actually gonna answer that because I won't. We did not agree on this. I refuse to answer that question."
I snapped at her angrily, and she seemed shocked.

She told Sheikh El-hara to let the topic go, but I just couldn't calm down.
I didn't know how she knew. Really.

After the interview, I headed towards the guest room and pulled out my phone.

Then decided to see the messages.

Rajwan : We need to talk.
Rajwan : I know you must be in the interview right now.
Rajwan : the account Minute to Minute on YouTube uploaded a video.
Rajwan : It's going viral.
Rajwan : It's about Mars..

Hayden : Adelle, You've GOT to see this.
Hayden : Mars is all over YouTube.
Hayden : I don't even know how they knew..

Barron : Adelle, I have to warn you.
Barron : Basma's going to ask you about Mars.
Barron : We didn't know this video will be going viral.
Barron : It's getting a lot of views and it was uploaded an hour ago.
Barron : I'm so sorry, Adelle.

They all tried to warn me.
Damn.
