2005

"Babe I'm not due for a month I can handle these last few shows." Marie protested as her husband presented his concerns.

"Okay babe." Billie kissed her forehead, then grabbing his gutair. Trixie arrived on the scene, cradling a baby girl in her arms.

Marie smiled at the sight of the baby. "Little Grace is growing up fast!"

"Yeah. Such a daddy's girl though. Speaking of, where did that little rascal go?" Trixie said, looking around the location. "Oh there's my husband!"

"Hey babe." Trè smiled and then kissed her. "I missed you."

"You saw eachother ten minutes ago." Kyle and Trevor said at the same time, causing Joey and Jakob to giggle. Marie sat her two  boys on her lap.

"You okay mama?" Joey asked, looking at his mother with concern.

"Yeah just a little tired." Marie answered her son, taking a drink of juice from the cup Billie Joe passed her. "But don't worry Trevie. I'm still honoured you chose me to be your and Kyle's surragote."

The show was outstanding. Only three songs were left. Jesus Of Suburbia, which Marie had written about her life when she was younger, Wake Me Up When September Ends, and Good Riddance. Billie and Marie wrote Wake Me Up When September Ends together. Still to this day one of the most painful songs for the couple to sing live.

"Are you leaving home?" Billie Joe and Marie finished Jesus Of Suburbia.

"Summer has come and passed
The innocent can never last
Wake me up when September ends

Like my fathers come to pass
Seven years has gone so fast
Wake me up when September ends

Here comes the rain again
Falling from the stars
Drenched in my pain again
Becoming who we are

As my memory rests
But never forgets what I lost
Wake me up when September ends

Summer has come and passed
The innocent can never last
Wake me up when September ends

Ring out the bells again
Like we did when spring began
Wake me up when September ends

Here comes the rain again
Falling from the stars
Drenched in my pain again
Becoming who we are

As my memory rests
But never forgets what I lost
Wake me up when September ends

Summer has come and passed
The innocent can never last
Wake me up when September ends

Like my father's come to pass
Twenty years has gone so fast
Wake me up when September ends
Wake me up when September ends
Wake me up when September ends."

"Thank you dad." Marie whispered, so quiet it wasn't even audible to Billie. "Thank you for letting me meet the love of my life."
