EPISODE 63

Can and Sanem were now home with their twin daughters. Sanem was glad to be home. Sanem was so happy to see her son, Ates. She missed him terribly. Thank goodness Can got the nursery completed before the girls arrived. It turned out beautifully. Sanem was still recovering. She moved at a snail's pace. She still hurt, but it was getting better every day. Her husband was awesome. He took gentle care of her. He was taking a little time off at the agency to help Sanem with the kids. He catered to his wife and Sanem was loving it. It was lunch time and Can was in the kitchen making lunch. Sanem was sitting on the couch with her feet up. She hated sitting around doing nothing but Can insisted. She finally got up and headed outside to sit on the balcony. The kids were napping, and the house was just to quiet. She sat down and breathed in the fresh air. She loved the outdoors. Can came out and asked her why she was off the couch. Sanem told him she was bored and tired of sitting around. Can sat down beside her and pulled her onto his lap. Sanem laid her head on his chest. Can asked her if she was ready for lunch. Sanem told him in a few minutes. She just wanted to sit here on his lap for a bit. Can smiled and kissed the top of her head. After about 15 minutes, Sanem stood up and grabbed Can's hand. They walked to the kitchen to get some lunch.

Can asked Sanem if they could go away for a weekend, once she was healed from giving birth to the twins. Sanem smiled and said she would love too. She asked Can where they would go. Can told her he didn't know at the moment, but they had plenty of time to think of a place. Sanem smiled at her husband. They finished their lunch and cleaned up the kitchen together. Soon, Ates was awake and babbling for his da da. Can went to get him from his bed. He brought him out and sat him down on the floor. He was enjoying waddling around the living area. Sanem was giggling at the way he kept expressing himself. He was so much like his daddy. Sanem heard one of her daughters wake up, so she headed into the nursery. It was Deniz. Sanem changed her diaper and sat down in the rocker to breastfeed her baby girl. Once she was finished eating, Yildiz woke up. Can entered the nursery and took Deniz so he could burp her. Sanem quickly changed Yildiz and sat her down to breastfeed her. Can loved watching his wife feed their children. There was just something so breathtaking about the whole breastfeeding process. Deniz had fallen back to sleep so he placed her back into her crib. Yildiz had finished eating and Can took her so he could burp her. She also fell back to sleep. Can placed her in her crib. Sanem and Can quietly left the room.

Ates was still playing in his playpen when Can and Sanem entered the living area. Sanem told Can they needed a few things from the store. Can offered to go get what she needed. Sanem told him she would make a short list for him. He said he would take Ates with him. Sanem asked him if he was sure. Can smiled and said of course. Sanem went to make the list. She hated to put her feminine hygiene products on the list, but she really needed them. She hoped he got the right ones. She giggled to herself. She wasn't even going to tell him they were on the list. She would just surprise him. She went and handed the list the Can. He had already got Ates ready to leave with him. Can gave his wife a quick kiss and then they were off. They got to the store and Can put Ates in the seat attached to the grocery cart. Can pulled out the list and the first thing on it was feminine hygiene products. He was thinking what the hell. He knew nothing about buying these things. He pushed the cart to the feminine hygiene isle. Dear Lord! There were so many to choose from. He telephoned Sanem and asked her what kind she required. Sanem was laughing so bad she could barely talk. She gave him the brand name of what she wanted. Can saw yellow and green bags. He asked her if she was lemon or lime scented. Sanem started laughing again and asked him what he meant because they did not come in fruit flavors. Can was getting frustrated. He told Sanem there were yellow and green bags. He asked which one she wanted. Sanem laughed again and told him the yellow ones. Can hung up and continued on with the list.

Once Can got everything on the list, he pushed the cart to the check-out. Ates had been such a good boy the whole time they were in the store. Once the items were bagged and paid for, Can headed out to the truck. He got Ates into his car seat and loaded up the truck. They headed home. Can stopped at a roadside flower shop and bought his wife some daisies. Sanem loved daisies. Soon, they were pulling up to the house. Can unbuckled Ates and carried him inside. Sanem took him from Can while Can went and unloaded the truck. Once he got the truck unloaded, he went back inside the house. Sanem was smiling at him. He asked her what she was smiling at. Sanem asked lemon or lime, huh? Can rolled his eyes and told her he knows nothing about those things. Sanem told him she figured that out real fast. She gave him a quick kiss on the lips. She thanked him for going to the store. Can embraced her and told her he would do anything for her.
