Sanem felt like she was as big as a whale. She was definitely having twins. The doctor confirmed it. He also told her and Can that they were having girls. Who said dreams don't come true? Sanem no longer walked. It was more of a waddle. She could no longer see her feet or even tie her shoes. She could not wait until these girls were finally born. She could never get comfortable and her moods were off the charts. It seemed Can was staying longer and longer at work. She couldn't blame him. She wouldn't want to be around herself either. She really missed having him around. Ates missed his daddy. He stopped trying to communicate with her about a week ago. He never called to check on her. He never texted her during the day anymore. He still managed small talk, but that was about it. Sanem's self-esteem was dropping. She found herself questioning herself and their marriage quite frequently. Was she no longer attractive to him? She knew she was fat, and she waddled a lot. Was he secretly seeing someone else? Was he finally fed up with her mood swings? Maybe she needed to leave for a while. Maybe he needed time away from her. She called Mihriban and asked if her and Ates could come stay with her and Aziz for a little while. Mihriban asked if everything was OK. Sanem told her not really. She just needed to give Can some space for a while. Mihriban told Sanem she could stay as long as she wanted. Sanem packed a bag for her and Ates. She then called for a taxi. The taxi arrived and Sanem and Ates were headed to Mihriban and Aziz's house.

Can was still at work. His agency seemed to be swamped with work and he never got to leave at a decent hour anymore. If Sanem were still working, it would not be this bad. She was smart, quick and very creative. He missed seeing her face next to his at work. It seemed the further she got with her pregnancy, the moodier she became. Between work and home, he was losing his mind. He loved his wife and adored her, but it seemed he was always pissing her off over one thing or another. He did not want to upset her while she was carrying the twins. He just didn't know what to do anymore. She was everything to him. He tried to help around the house. He tried to help with their son. Nothing seemed to make her happy anymore. Was she tired of being married to him? He knew she had not met anyone else because she was always home. She never wanted to go anywhere, even with him. Why was she always snapping at him? What was he doing wrong? He was going to sit down and make her talk to him tonight. He finished up for the day and headed home.

Sanem and Ates arrived at Mihriban and Aziz's house. Aziz came out and helped Sanem with her suitcases. He looked at her with sadness in his eyes. They entered the house and Mihriban immediately hugged Sanem. Sanem started crying. Aziz took Ates to start his nightly bath. Sanem and Mihriban sat on the couch in the living area. Mihriban asked Sanem what was wrong. Sanem told Mihriban that she feels Can is tired of being married to her. He never comes home from work at a decent hour. He no longer communicates with her. She seems to always be snapping at him and she doesn't know why. Mihriban told her she was pregnant for twins and her hormones were off the charts right now. That will cause moodiness. Sanem sobbed in Mihriban's arms. She told Mihriban she loved Can so much, but she was pushing him away and she didn't know how to bring him back to her. Mihriban suggested that her and Can sit down and talk. Sanem told her Can didn't even know that her and Ates had left.

Can got home and entered the house. It was unusually quiet....to quiet. He checked the whole house and did not find Sanem or Ates. He immediately called Sanem's cell phone. He heard it ringing somewhere in the house. He found it laying on the coffee table. Where was his wife and son? He called Leyla, but Leyla had not heard from her. He called Sanem's parents and they had not heard from her. He called his dad, Aziz but he got no answer. He then called Mihriban, but he got no answer from her phone either. He searched the house once again and found Sanem and Ates' suitcases gone. He was shocked. He finally realized that his wife had left him and took Ates with her. Where would she have gone? He sat down on the couch because he could not breathe. He ran his hands through his hair. He felt like his world was crumbling down around him. His cell phone rang, and he saw it was his dad. He answered quickly and asked his dad if he knew where Sanem and Ates were. Aziz told his son that Sanem and Ates were there at his home. Aziz told Can that Sanem arrived crying and very upset. Can asked his father why. Aziz told him he really didn't know. Sanem talked to Mihriban about the situation while he was bathing Ates. All Aziz could tell him was Sanem felt they were no longer communicating, and she was pushing Can away from her, not meaning too. Can told his dad he would be there soon.
