EPISODE 60

Sanem came out of the bathroom and just looked at Can. She quietly said his name. Can looked at this wife and her face unreadable. Can grabbed her hands and said her name. Sanem had tears in her eyes. Can asked her what was wrong. Sanem just stared at him. Can told her she was scaring him. She immediately threw her arms around him. Can wrapped his arms around her and held her. Sanem finally pulled back and told Can what the results of the pregnancy test were. Sanem told him the results were positive. She was pregnant. Can just stared at Sanem and then he broke out into a beautiful smile. He bent his head and kissed her passionately. He told her he was going to be a daddy again. He told her he loved her more than his next breath. He told her he cherished and adored her. Sanem just giggled at her husband. He was just going on and on. Can told her they needed to see a doctor as soon as possible. He asked her if she felt alright. He asked her if he could get her anything. Sanem laughed and told Can to calm down. He was getting to excited. He just kept saying he was going to be a daddy again. Sanem went and sat down in the living area. She was still smiling at her husband. He came in and sat down beside her. He suddenly asked her if she was OK with being pregnant again. Sanem took her husband's hand and told him she was more than OK with it. She admitted she was a little scared about having another child. She didn't want to overwhelm herself to the point of exhaustion. Can told her he would not let that happen. He was with her every step of the way. He gave her a kiss and told her she had made all of his dreams come true. She had become his wife and gave him a beautiful son...and now she was giving him another beautiful child. He put his forehead against her forehead and told her she was his everything. Sanem told him he was her everything too.

A few hours later, Can had taken his wife out for lunch. Of course, she wanted pizza. It was her favorite food anymore. For once, she didn't want tea. She wanted a soda, which was odd for Sanem. Can got her an appointment with her doctor for tomorrow at 1:00 PM. Sanem dived into the pizza and Can just smiled at her. His wife always did have a healthy appetite. Sanem asked him what he was smiling about. Can told her nothing. He was just thinking. Sanem asked him what he was thinking about it. He asked her what she would do if their dreams came true and they had twins this time. Sanem stopped eating. She never thought about that. Her dad was a twin and her and Can both have had dreams of twins. Sanem told Can she didn't know what she would do. She told him they would cross that bridge when they came to it. Sanem took Can's hands in hers and told him either way, they would love them. Can smiled and said yes, they would. Sanem started eating again. Can asked her if she wanted to go pick Ates up when they were done. Sanem told him yes and then she would ask her mother if she would keep Ates tomorrow until after her doctor appointment. Can asked her if she was going to tell her parents that she is pregnant. Sanem told him she would wait until the doctor confirmed it. Can told her whatever she wanted. Sanem looked at him and told him to tell nobody until after her appointment. Can promised he wouldn't.

They finished up lunch and headed to the Aydin's to pick up their son. They arrived and rang the doorbell. Mevkibe answered the door and welcomed them inside. Ates was on the floor playing with his grandpa Nihat. Ates saw his parents and jumped up and toddled over to them. Can picked him up and gave him a raspberry on his cheek. Ates giggled and patted the side of Can's face. He then wanted his mommy, so Sanem took him and kissed his cheek. He gave Sanem an open mouth kiss on her cheek. Sanem laughed at her son. Mevkibe asked her daughter is she was feeling better. Sanem told her mother that she was but she made an appointment with her doctor tomorrow at 1:00 PM. She wanted to know if she could keep Ates until after her appointment. Mevkibe told her of course she would. Sanem told her they would drop him off tomorrow before her appointment. Mevkibe asked Sanem if everything was OK. Sanem told her everything was fine and not to worry. Mevkibe kissed and hugged her daughter. She told Sanem she would see her tomorrow. Nihat got up and kissed and hugged his daughter. Soon, Can, Sanem and Ates were on the road and headed home.
