The police came and took Hilmi away. Can told Emre to stay with Sanem while he went and got his truck. Sanem berated Emre for his part in the set up of Can. She told him he was a vile man for trying to ruin his brother. Emre told her she knew nothing, and she was to keep her mouth shut. Leyla's job was on the line. Sanem finally realized that Emre was the company spy and told him so. He did not deny it. Sanem realized she was between a rock and a hard place. Leyla loved her job and she could not let her get fired. Yet, Sanem felt Can had a right to know what his disgusting brother was doing. Can came back with his truck. Him and Emre took Sanem to the hospital to get checked. After she was done, they drove her home.

Cackel showed up at Nihat's grocery. Nihat asked him what they owed him for the store. Cackel told him nothing. It was already paid for. Nihat in shock asked by whom? Cackel said somebody by the name of Can Divit. Nihat could not believe that Sanem's boss paid for the store. He told Mevkibe and they were both shocked. They decided not to say anything to Sanem at this time.

Emre met with Aylin in the parking garage. He was upset over the Hilmi situation. He asked her how she could do this to his brother. She set him up and almost cost him his photography license. He told her what a dangerous woman she had become. He told her he wanted to become boss of the agency, but not this way. He asked her how she could think that he wanted to dishonor his family this way. He asked her how he could love someone like her. She told him she did all of this for him. He told her there was no more anything. Everything was over. He accused her of destroying his brother's pride. He would not be able to look him in the face anymore. Emre informed her that Hilmi will not mention her name in the set up. He made sure of it. Emre told Aylin to never call him again. He wanted nothing more to do with her. He said everything is over. Aylin tried to talk to him, but he got in his car and drove away.

Leyla found Emre at the office getting drunk. She asked if there was something, she could do for him. He said he had spent hours asking himself that same question. He told Leyla he made a mistake. Leyla asked him what big mistake could he have made. She told him he was an amazing person. He asked her if she had any secrets. She told him she had no secrets. She lived an ordinary life. Emre told her there were dark sides to every person. Emre told her to go home. She offered to escort him home. He said he wasn't going home. She tried to take the bottle of whiskey, but he would not let her.

Can was home in his bedroom when Polen called him. She wanted to know why he never came to her so they could talk. He told her he was going to come, but he could not. He told her he would come in the near future to talk. She wanted to know what they needed to talk about. Can told her this situation was no longer working for him. He told her they have always been honest with each other. He said she knew him better than anyone. He said again their situation was no longer working out. She asked if there was someone else. He denied it. She kept pushing the question and eventually Can told her there was someone, but there was nothing between them. He said he was very confused recently. He asked her to please stop asking questions he had no answers too. He told her he would come to her soon so they could talk face to face. He ended the call. He sat on his bed and thought of Sanem.

The next day at the agency, they were having a press conference about the set up and Can being accused of stealing another company's idea. Sanem walked in and he asked her to come with him. She nodded. She glared at Emre. Can took Sanem to the coffee station and asked her to sit. She declined. He thanked her for going out on a limb to save his career. She told him it was Ayhan and Cey Cey who tracked down the hacker, not her. He told her she was the one who asked them to help. He told Sanem there was only one thing missing from his life. He said he escaped from everything that bound him, except his camera. He told her when that was threatened, he wanted to leave...run away. But he chose not to, even though his world had collapsed. He told her it didn't collapse because of her. He told her she was a new person whom he could finally trust. He held her hand and asked her to tell him what she wanted to confess at his house the other day. With tears in her eyes, she shook her head no. She told him he misunderstood, and it was work related. Can stood up and told her not to do that. He was no child. Sanem realized she could never tell him of her feelings because of her guilt over Emre. She told him there was nothing to say and she ran off.
