'I think it's time!' Green thought as she took out her Venusaur and then yelled "Venusaur, GIGANTAMAX!" Her Gigantamax started glowing as Venusaur suddenly started to become bigger and bigger and bigger! The flower on it's back had now become completely green and mysterious vines started emerging out of the ground and surrounded Gigantamax Venusaur. Those vines defended it a little bit against fire type attacks. Any fire type attack would deal 10% less damage to Gigantamax Venusaur and if the Sunlight is harsh, then that 10% goes up to 50%, since those vines are stronger and healthier in the sunlight!
More people started Dynamaxing and Gigantamaxing to defeat the Giant Knight! Even Deoxys was overwhelmed by this. 'Hey, Lee!' someone yelled. Leon turned back just to see Hop. 'I have finally a-arrived...' he said, panting. 'You are just on time!' Leon happily said 'We have to defeat this monster quickly and such a skilled trainer like you can definitely help us with that!' Hop looked up at everyone ganging up to fight the Giant Knight. He smiled. 'Really reminds me of that day when we defeated Eternamax!' he said 'But since then, I have gotten stronger! I may have released Zamazenta and let it be free but I have gotten another strong new pokemon and... IT CAN GIGANTAMAX!'
'Oh, that's amazing!' Leon said as Charizard used a powerful fire move on the Giant Knight. 'I am pretty sure that with this Pokemon, I have become even stronger than you!' Hop told 'And even stronger than your Charizard. GO BLASTOISE!'
Hop sent out his new Blastoise and yelled "GIGANTAMAX!". His Gigantamax band started glowing and Blastoise finally started Gigantamaxing! Even Leon was surprised by this!
Gigantamax Blastoise's shell was harder than ever before and even a strong Steel type would have a hard time trying to break it! It's cannons were now completely made out of water, making Blastoise's adding +30 damage to every one of Blastoise's move. So now, if a water "Dynamax Move" of Blastoise had 140 power, it will get +30 more power and get 170 power in total!
Even after all the Dynamaxing and Gigantaxing, it almost seemed impossible to defeat the Giant Knight, whose Sword would hit the ground at any time and if it did, it would cause massive destruction to not only the battlefield, but the entire Kalos region and beyond! They needed something more! Z-Moves and Dynamax wasn't enough!
'Infernape, MEGA EVOLVE!' Animal Lover James yelled. 'You too, Feraligatr!' Pokemon Lover Felicia yelled. Infernape and Feraligatr MEGA EVOLVED!
Now Infernape was a Fire/Flying type. It had now got a stick made completely out of fire and sat on a cloud up. It also had a little bit of whiter fur now, since this version of Infernape was a little more experienced and wiser than the normal Infernape, who only cared about fun and not strategy! It is said that Mega Infernape could even have the IQ of a Kadabra! 'Use Fire Judgment!' James yelled. Mega Infernape waved it's stick and viciously looked down upon The Giant Knight and fireballs suddenly started dropping out from inside his cloud and started hitting the target!
Feraligatr now had teeth made completely out of ice. However, this ice was a little different. It is said that it is the "Unbreakable Ice" which can never be broken or melted! It's tail was also way sharper now and it was also a bit speedier. It had a special move named "Aqua Jet" which would always move first and had the power of 200. However, if it tried to use that same move two times in a row then it would immediately faint! 'Use Aqua Jet!' Felicia yelled.
'Serperior, Mega Evolve!' Claire yelled. Serperior finally Mega Evolved! Now it looked more like a King Cobra since after Mega Evolving, all snake pokemons refuse to fight it and instead, start obeying it! It had also now got the poison type and had got a special status move named "Poisonous Leech" which poisoned the target and set up a Leech Seed on them at once. It had 110% accuracy. If Mega Serperior uses Leaf Storm, it's stats don't get lowered and it's Dragon Tail would always go first. However, if it tries to use it two times in a row, it would faint!
'Use Poisonous Leech!' Claire yelled. Mega Serperior obeyed Claire and used Poisonous Leech and now, the Giant Knight had been poisoned and Leech Seeded!
But Claire and the rest of them feared that the Giant Knight's Sword would hit the ground before the poison could finish it off! It was incredibly slow so it was taking time in getting the sword to hit the ground but still... Fear was rampant among the humans!
'Typlhosion, Mega Evolve!' Speed Lover Laim yelled. Typlhosion Mega Evolved! It's speed was now lowered to 250 but attack and Special Attack had been highered drastically! It was now a dark type too! It now had a mini volcano coming out of it's back, just like Mega Camerupt, and it now had claws made completely out of fire. It had a special ability called "Volcanic Ground" where, whenever the trainer wanted, they could make Typlosion have a ground type instead of a fire type or dark type!
'Use Volcano Burst!' Typlosion used Volcano Burst but that didn't do much against The Giant Knight!
The Gym leaders of Galar had also finally reached the battlefield! 'What the...' Kabu said in astonishment 'What is this? It looks like everyone will have to fight with their fiery spirit to defeat this monster!' All of them took out their pokemons and immediately Gigantamaxed them, except the former Fairy Type gym leader and current Psychic/Dark type gym leader of Galar, Bede. He was the hardest to beat out of all the Gym Leaders because of how well he observed things. He was a Psychic type gym leader, after all...
He was observing everything... How no attack did much damage to the Giant Knight, not even Dynamax ones! But how an attack which accidentally landed on the sword itself managed to make in incredibly small crack in it. He took out Reuniclus with a smug look on his face and then Gigantamaxed it!
Reuniclus now had a mystical pink aura surrounding it and it's "hands" now looked like the hands of a Cofagrigus, just larger.
'Reuniclus, I can sense it...' Bede said 'I can sense our victory... Use ANY Psychic move on THAT SWORD. Yes Reuniclus, I am telling you to use any Psychic move that you have...'
Reuniclus started using G-max Gravitas. 'I was testing you Reuniclus.' Bede revealed 'I wanted to see if you could read my mind or not. Because if you couldn't that would be a real shame for a Psychic pokemon, wouldn't it? I was thinking about something else to bury the thought of this battle deep in my mind but you showed how powerful you are by going that deep down in my mind and reading it!'
Reuniclus used G-Max Gravitas on the sword itself and it immediately broke! 'I was correct, as it seems, hmph.' he said 'Looks like I am the only one who has eyes and common sense since I was the only one who was able to detect that it's sword was significantly weaker than the pokemon itself!'
Deoxys stared at Bede.
The sword, now shattered and powerless, fell on the ground. The Giant Knight was also powerless without the sword and Deoxys knew that. So it tried to tried to fix the sword with it's Psychic powers but the Poisonous Leech killed the Giant Knight before that!
Mega Serperior had gotten immensely powerful now, thanks to the Poisonous Leech because if your target gets Poisonous Leeched and you are at full health, instead of restoring your HP a little bit it makes your special attack and attack a bit more powerful.
THE GIANT KNIGHT HAD FINALLY BEEN DEFEATED!
