Part 32 - Afraid...

Destiny's POV in her dream...

It was the same like always... Me and Morro playing. And how I catched him stealing my Cookies.

'Cute...'

I smiled at him.

"Again MY cookies ? You thief...", I chuckled.

Little Morro jumped in surprise and squeaked. He turned to me and put them back with a hanging head. I snickered.

"You can have 2. Because you are cute."

Morro smiled at me and took it out, to snatch 2 cookies.

"They are sooo yummy !", he said.

I giggled.

Then we were suddenly outside. I took him to go shopping with me. We were on our way home as Morro suddenly went into another direction. I giggled again and called after him.

"Morro ! Were are you going ?!"

He turned around and looked down.

"I saw a rabbit ! I wanted to follow it !"

I chuckled.

"Morro. They are cute, but also very wild. Don't follow them, they feel threatened if we do that."

"Oh...okay..."

Morro came back.

"I am sorry..", he mumbled.

"You don't need to apologize. It's okay little one."

I looked into another direction, but as I turned back around...I was in the Jamanakai village again. I looked at my right, left, behind me...no Morro. I was a little scared and worried. So I called for him.

"Morro ?! Morro where are you ?! Morro ?!"

No response. Instead I saw the caves of despair. I started to panic.

"Morro ! Nonononono ! Not this again !"

I dropped the things we bought and ran to the caves. I ran inside the one where Morro died in, and I found him. Standing there, staring at the wall. I was freaking out.

"MORRO !! Get out there now !", I said stern.

He turned around and went towards me, but suddenly the only way out here got blocked. I panicked. I blinked and saw Morro laying on the stone, unconscious. The lava ran up his body.

"MORRO NO !!! NOOO !!", I screamed.

I stretched out my hand, but couldn't reach him. I lost him. Again... Suddenly I was in a white room. I saw Morro, with the Realm Crystal. He looked at it closely. I got scared. This was new...

"What are you doing ?", I asked Morro.

He turned around with a crazy smile on his lips.

"Becoming the chosen one of course."

"Morro don't...Put it away !"

"Why ? Wouldn't you love me more if I were the chosen one ?"

"I wouldn't love you anymore. Put. It. Away."

"Now where were the fun in that ?", he asked with that smile.

A holder appeared. I panicked more.

"Morro stop this, please...let's go home !"

He didn't stop, but looked at me confused.

"Home ? This isn't my home ! I hate it here !"

He moved it more down.

"Morro !"

Suddenly...he disappeared. I was all alone...I got a panic attack. Then I saw him, far away from me, in his kid self, his back to me. I saw the Preeminent, how she took my little Morro, with her tentacle, by the hand.

"MORRO DON'T LEAVE ME !!", I screamed after him.

He didn't look back. And as he was gone...all the white faded to black. I lighted up a lighter and looked around, scared to death.

"...Morro... ? ...Garmadon... ? ....Wu.... ?"

No reaction...no sound.

"Anybody ?"

Still nothing. I sniffed and sobbed. I sank down on my knees, then sat down, pulled my knees to myself, put the lighter on the ground and hugged my knees very hard and close to my chest. I was very scared. ....Of her...coming to get me...

".....please don't go....come back...please...", I sobbed.

I closed my eyes and heard footsteps. Someone grabbed my shoulders, the light went out and I got shaken.

"Destiny..."

Morro ?

"Destiny ?"

Is that...really you ?

"Destiny. Destiny !"

But you left me...

"Wake up, Destiny !"

I jolted awake. As I looked at the one who shook me awake, I saw Demiseia for a second and screamed. Then I got hugged and I slowly saw who it was...Morro. I hugged back.

Morro's POV...

"Shh...shh...There there...I am here..."

What the hell did she see ? I mean...yeah she had a nightmare about me, but what happened there ? What did I do ? And since when does she have such nightmares ? I have to talk to her...now...

'Bansha ?'

'Yes Morro ?'

'Get the green ninja out of here and in a cell. I need some privacy with Destiny...She had a break down...like once before you died.'

'.....Okay....I am coming.'

'Thank you'

After some time the door got opened and Bansha came inside. Knocking Lloyd out and dragging him away, closing my door behind her again. I slowly put one of my arms under Dest's legs and the other on her back. I lifted her up and sat her down on the bed. As I was about to let her go, to lock the door, she grabbed my arm and held it tightly to herself, hugging my arm.

"Don't leave me !"

I was surprised. I slowly came closer and whispered in her ear.

"I won't. I just wanted to lock the door, so no one will come inside."

"Promise ?"

"Promise."

Destiny let slowly go of me and I did what I wanted to do before she held me tight. I came back and sat down next to her. She just sat there...doing nothing...just...staring down with sad eyes. I was worried.

"Destiny ?"

She snapped her head to me.

"Hm ?"

"We need to talk. Now."

Destiny's eyes went wide in...fear ?

No one's POV...

"We need to talk. Now."

As Destiny heard that, her eyes widened. She was afraid of what he had to say next.

'What ? Will he...leave....me...?'

Was all she was thinking right then and there.
