Chapter 1

Alexa's POV
I heard a huge boom and then it went dark. All I could think about is if my sisters are okay.
Alexa: Are you guys okay?
Avery: I'm okay and Ashton is okay to. Can you see mom and dad? Or Anna she was upfront with you.
Alexa: Hold on I am looking for them. I see mom and dad but I don't feel any pulses on them.
Avery: What about Anna?
Alexa: I don't see her. She must of been thrown from the car.

The next thing I heard was sirens and I could see lights. Then it went dark again.
Avery's POV
The ambulances and the fire trucks just pulled up and I couldn't hear Alexa anymore. That got me extremely worried my oldest sisters were unresponsive and my other sister was no where to be seen. But my parents had it worst of all they were dead and that is when I started to feel sleepy.
Melissa's POV
I was siting at home comfortable in my husbands arms and we were just enjoying the news we had just gotten when my phone started ringing.
Melissa: Hello
Nurse: Hi I am calling from Florida's Children Hospital and I was calling because we just got four sisters come in and your name was given to me by the adoption agency. They came in from a pretty brutal car accident. There parents both died from the impact and we think they could be a good fit for you guys. One has suffered minor injuries two other of them have moderate injuries and one is in fatal condition. We were wondering if you might want to come get to know these girls and see if you want to adopt them.
Melissa: Yes we would love to come meet them what are there names.
Nurse: Alexa James, Ashton James, Anna James, and Avery James.
Melissa: Wait did you say Anna James?
Nurse: Yes, I guess we will see you guys when you get here. Bye.

I hung up the phone and turned around to look at Chris.
Chris: Who was that?
Melissa: It was someone calling us from a hospital that said they have some girls that we could possibly adopt. We need to go down to Florida to see them.
Chris: Okay let's book some flights.

Chris and I booked flights to leave in five hours. The Airport is only thirty minutes away so we still have time.
Chris' POV
When we got to the airport paparazzi was there and I could tell Mel was annoyed at them. They kept asking questions like were are you guys going and what are you guys doing there. When we got through security and finally got to our gate we could finally breath. I went to go get us coffee while Melissa contacted the hospital to let them know we were on our way to Florida.
Melissa's POV
We just landed in Florida and arrived at the hospital.
Chris: Hi we are here for the James girls.
Nurse: Are you Melissa Wood?
Melissa: Yes I am. Can we see them?
Nurse: Yes let me just call the doctor down so he can talk to you.
Chris: Thank you.
Dr. Ross: Hi are you guys Chris and Melissa Wood.
Chris: Yes how are the girls?
Dr. Ross: How about we go sit in the conference room and I will explain everything to you guys.
