Chapter 38

Anna's POV

I opened the doors and walked out of them head up. I could see that their heads turned to me and I walked over to the stunt team asking them when they would be ready for me. They told me they were about ten minutes out so I threw on jacket and went over to the lunch tables to find Molly.

Molly: Anna your back!

Anna: Yeah I am here for the next week, but before I start shooting again I wanted to say hi.

Molly: You should totally come with us to the dance on Saturday.

Anna: Ms. Mars gave me a ticket and I am thinking about it.

Molly: They are all staring at us.

Anna: No they are staring at me. The cape normally does that.

Molly: When do you have to shoot again?

Anna: We should start before your lunch break is over.

Molly: Cool we finally get to see you do your stuff.

Anna: Yeah.

Kate walked over to me and told me that they were ready to check my harnesses.

Anna: Thank you Kate. Sorry Molly, but I have to go I will call you later.

I walked back over to the stunt guys and met my parents who were also getting thrown through a wall. I could tell that the whole student body was watching me as I was getting hooked up to wires. They checked my harnesses and then attached the wires to the harnesses. They finished hooking up my mom and dad before they did a test run. A test run means that they take you up in the air and I do a few flips and flying poses making sure the wires are good.

Sam: Okay quiet on set! Anna go ahead.

First they brought me up and then I did a few flips and some control flying. When they made sure the wires were good they brought me down and handed me my water bottle. I was on my phone when they checked my mom's and dad's wires before they got ready to throw us through the wall. The whole student body and some of the staff was outside watching me. Then Caity, Grant and Stephan walked on set. They were apart of the scene, but I didn't know where. I was texting back and forth when Jack walked on set. He had a scene with Emily earlier and was not able to be here any earlier. The whole team was focused on the four leads of the shows and showing them what they had to do. Jack walked over to me and placed his hand on my hip and kissed me right on the lips.

Jack: Hey I saw you test you wires and I wanted to make sure that you were okay with this.

He got video of me testing my wires and captioned it "I can't believe she is mine"

Anna: You can post it..

Jack: Okay.

He kissed me on the lips again and then went to go sit on his chair waiting for the scene to start. They positioned me where I needed to be for the stunt and then we started. I was pulled back very forcefully into the walls and they shattered like they were supposed to. I felt indescribable pain when I hit the walls. Then I hit the ground and blacked out.

Melissa's POV

Chris, Anna, and I were getting pulled through this wall forcefully. It actually hurt a little. We laid on the ground until they called cut. I sat up and was met with Chris's eyes. He looked uncomfortable from that stunt. The only face I didn't see was Anna's. I looked to the side of Chris and me and saw her laying there still. I crawled over to her body and tried to wake her up. Chris and some medics had joined me in trying to wake her up and when she finally did she was disorientated.

Melissa: Hey Anna are you with me?

Anna: Inaudible sound.

Chris: Come on talk to us baby girl.

I felt the tears come to the front of my eyes and Chris's eyes were watering as well.

Anna: Ow.

Melissa: Anna was that you?

Anna: Ow.

We got her to sit against my body and she was checked out by the medics. She had to get stitches in her right arm and then they stitched up her suit. They did concussion protocol and she had a slight concussion that made her black out a little.

Chris: I talked with the producers and they said that you have the rest of the day off, but they have to keep an eye on you.

Chris picked her up and cradled her in his arms. I grabbed her things from set and we took her back to our trailer. I grabbed her some clothes from her bag and she changed into some comfier clothes. Chris and I had to go back to set so we left her in the dark room and let her sleep. When we got back to set there was press everywhere.

Melissa: I guess they caught wind of everything.

Chris: Yeah I think you are right.

Jack's POV

Grant: Jack have you seen this yet?

Jack: Seen what?

He showed me a picture of Anna being checked out by medics and I checked my texts. I had one from Anna saying that was in her trailer.

Jack: I have to go.

I ran to her trailer and opened up the door. She was laying on the couch looking at the ceiling.

Jack: How do you feel?

Anna: I feel fine, but my head hurts.

She sat up and I laid down behind her so she could lay on me. She was out within a few minutes and so was I. We slept for a while before I had to be back on set, but before we went to eat.

Anna: What are you going to eat?

Jack: I don't know something small I think.

Anna: Try this.

Jack: What is it?

Anna: Fruit. You should like it.

She put it in my mouth and it was actually pretty good. We grabbed some food and then went to set where they were shooting a huge fight scene.
